Having an old sewer line with no one really knowing length, where city main is, bellies, type of material, etc., Richard will clear it up for you and help you manage it the way you need to. He cleaned up the mess left behind from another company that professed they knew what they were doing which left my line clogged. Richard went the extra mile to use his locate to see where his camera was in the sewer line and then compared it to where the city main tap was above ground. He then jetted the clog away, clearing my line. Richard's experience and passion for doing right enabled me to finally feel comfortable with my line and how to manage it in the future. Special thanks to Richard. He is by far the kind of person I would want handling my specific house needs. He does right and does it right the first time. Most of all he cares about what he does and the customers he supports.

7:30 on a Sunday night emergence situation. One Source was on the spot and found exactly what the problem was even when the fire dept. didn't. We are so thankful to the electrician they sent out. Being a week end evening I expected a much higher price then what was charged and will never consider a different company as long as this one is in business.They were here fast, thorough, professional honest and very reasonably priced.Linda Witt

I had one of those situations where I had a noise, but the noise never happened when anyone was around. I was able to get a video, and after watching the video, Angel had an immediate idea of what the problem was and was able to verify in minutes. He was very courteous, had a great personality, and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb I felt they were. Definitely will be using again and will refer anyone that asks me if I know a good plumber.

Lucas was friendly and professional. He even got on FaceTime with me before he came out to the house so that we could walk through exactly what I needed and what parts to bring. He texted when he was en route so that I knew exactly what time to expect him. He also gives a discount for military members.

I got Enki Plumbing info from another page where people often go to ask for recommendations. I had previously called another company and am still waiting for a return call (over a week ago). I reached out on the Enki Plumbing website and sent a message through there. Charles called me within 10 minutes asking what I needed help with. My original issue was with a toilet but I also mentioned my sink not draining. He got me in within the week - which I was quite thrilled. Charles arrived at the start of the window he gave - even calling 15 minutes out to say he was on his way. When he arrived, the toilet was working just fine (of course), so Charles said if it happened again to reach out. He checked out the sink and showed me exactly what was going on and offered to fix it for a fair and reasonable price. As he fixed it, he explained what was going on and did several checks to make sure everything was just fine. Every aspect from the call, to the fix, to the clean up was very professional, courteous, and clean!!!! I will certainly be reaching out again and recommending!!!!!

I was in full panic mode to find out one of my listings had an unpermitted water heater which required a chimney liner to actually pass. Olson Plumbing (thanks Carter!!) was able to send someone out that day to give us an estimate for the liner, returned two days later to install and handled all the required paperwork with PPRBD. Can't thank them enough!!!

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.
