Best Drain Replacements in Colorado Springs CO

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

No heat or power was coming from my furnace. Jose Anon came with One Source, found the problem, talked over a solution, ordered the part needed and scheduled a day to install. Thank you for your professionalism

This was the first time Mr. Rooter Plumbing provided service to our home. They were recommended by Home Advisor. We are very pleased with the service that was provided. Kyle was exceptional, both in his expertise in fixing several malfunctioning bathroom fixtures and in bending over backwards to protect our home's furnishings. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Our washer started backing-up today and I thought we were going to be without a washing machine for a few days, which is not good for our large family. I searched the internet and found Pro Power Rooter. I called and Mark said he would be right over the same day. He showed up and had our drain flowing freely in no time. No outrageous prices and phenominal service. This guy is truly the subject matter expert in his field and I will highly recommend his services to my friends and family in the future.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I contacted Comfort by Design to install a new furnace so I could eventually install AC as it was too expensive everywhere else to do both at the same time..or so I thought!! Scott came to do our consultation, and right off the bat, it felt like he knew exactly what we wanted/needed and was very personable and professional. He shared so much knowledge with us and was completely up front with the way he runs his business. He was able to work with my needs and budget to make me comfortable. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had when speaking to a business owner/contractor.

To top it off, the technicians who he chose to come out were beyond amazing. Jeremy was super knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had and then some! He paid very close attention to detail and seemed to really take his time to ensure the quality and educate me . He would be someone I specifically ask for again when I go through Comfort By Design for anything!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone. These guys really take the time to make sure you're taken care of...on ALL sides. Love it. Thank you guys!!

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.

Jamie was able to install a bar that goes under the furnace filter for easier removal of dirty filter and installation of new filter. She explained the process and was very helpful. This bar was removed in October when the yearly inspection was done. I was told it was not needed. But I was unable to change out the filter on a monthly basis. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable and did a great job.

HCD was sent by my home warranty company. They fully evaluated the pipe of concern and then gave me some advice on things I could do myself to improve the function of my sink. Basically, they fixed my problem and made my life a bit easier on the way out.

I rate my experience with Advanced Heating & A/C as excellent. I received a reasonable bid in a timely manner. The project to replace my air conditioning unit was scheduled promptly upon accepting the proposal. The project was completed as scheduled & the building department inspection went very well. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. In addition the technicians were on time for all scheduled appointments; my home was left neat & clean after they left. I believe that Bob & his crew went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks folks!
