My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! I have never seen a more unprofessional company in my 45 years of life. I've never even written a bad review. I was quoted $6500 for a plumbing job that was done so poorly the city inspector laughed out loud. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone about your concerns. Their answering service just keeps taking messages, and over a month later i am YET to speak to any type of supervisor...they had the permit manager deal with me so I'd stop calling to beg them to null the contract and let us find a real plumber. For the past month, i feel like I've been being punked, its almost comical at this point. Maybe if i wasnt thousands of dollars in the hole for a repair i dont trust was even needed, I'd be laughing. Seriously, be warned. Dont sign their contract.

Our usual plumber was booked so they recommended Marco. He was on time and the work was done before I knew it. We will be calling Marco again.

On the day of the Artic Freeze our sewer backed up. Mr. Rooter responded within an hour and fixed our pipes that had been blocked by tree roots.They have helped us before and worked from their experience on our situation.This company is professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable in price.The gentlemen who came to service our home were very informative and understanding. DONT MESS WITH OTHER COMPANIES.Get it done right with Mr Rooter!

Like to say John came and cleaned my furnace for it annual winter cleaning and he did an excellent job. Very professional. Best cleaning I have every had. This was the first time I had my furnace cleaned by Wire Nut and will us them again.

My furnace went out on a snow, cold, freezing holiday. I called around couple places, and ended up with Advanced Heating & Air after seeing many positive reviews. I spoke to Bob, the owner, described the problem, texted him the photo of the furnace model, and he was able to find the part, dispatch technician out within 2 hours, and got it done. Pricing was discussed and it was reasonable. We got the heat back, prevent the pipe freezing. Service was done well, technician was friendly, showed up timely, got the job done, fixed the problem. We are happy with the service.
