Our hot water heater broke and Lee from Delta Mechanical was our installer. He did a fantastic job at removing our 20+ year old heater and replaced it with a brand new one. He made sure the new one was up-to-date and cleaned up the mess from the old one. We appreciate the fact that he was able to do this work the same day as we called in the order. Lee was personable and overall a great guy to have do this job. He has followed up with us to make sure that it is working properly and to schedule the inspection. We were very happy to have the new hot water heater and to have such a cool dude install it!

Fantastic service and prompt response. They were able to take care of our busted pipes without issue and walked us through all the work done and how to help mitigate the problems in the future. Definitely have them on the fridge now for future work.

We had a toilet leaking at the base. The plumber explained possible sources and was totally transparent on the costs. He and his helper were quick and efficient in pulling the toilet, replacing the wax ring and rusted floor bolt. All is well with it now. We were very pleased with the cost and how they could get out on the same day we called. We've used Mr. Rooter many times in the past, and they've always exceeded expectations with prices that never take your breath away.

Mark is a hard worker. He came in and solved our main line problem. Shooowee...thank you so much Mark. He roto and video scoped and provided me with a soft copy of the video of my line all the way to the street main. I plan on calling him every year for a preventative maintenace measure.

Good service and was professional

Had a leak coming from basement ceiling. First guy did nothing but tear up drywall and told us to call back when it leaks again. When it leaked again we got no reply. We then called roto rooter and they sent out a very intelligent professional who would not leave until he found the source. He found the issue (leaking from dishwasher) in about an hour. Gave advice on how to proceed and gave us a great rate

Russ has done a lot of work for us - from installing an acid neutralizer in our home (to raise the pH of our well water) to replacing water heaters. garbage disposals, and fixing leaks in our rental properties. He's always on-time, does the job right the first time, and always has a smile on his face. We appreciate his service and recommend him often.
