My Mother is selling her home which is over 60 years old. During the inspection it was determined that not only was there a leaking pipe but the cast iron sewer line needed repairs. Richard completed the job well under the estimated amount. He worked until 10:00 pm on a Saturday and finished the job the next day which was Sunday. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process.

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Be aware, their customer service and follow through are very poor. I have been waiting for a manager (or anyone who could answer my questions) to call me back for all week now. A service Tech came to my house 6 days ago to fix our furnace the company they bought out installed less than years ago. I was assured they carried parts on their van, but learned they did not. Since it was a Saturday I was told I would have to wait (without heat) until the following Monday for someone to make the repairs. They also said they would check first thing Monday morning to see if the part could be covered under Warranty. Waited all day Monday and nobody called or came to fix the furnace. I finally called at about 3:00 and was assured a manager would call me back within the hour. I spent all Tuesday waiting as well. When I called in again I was told they never transfer a call, but they could email a manager to call me. I then got an email with only a quote for a new furnace that was too small for my square footage (we never requested a new furnace as ours is less than 5 years old). When I called and pointed this out to the receptionist I was again told someone would call me back. I then got a quote for $2000 to repair a gas valve. I finally called Fountain Valley Mechanical and they just left. The total bill was $380 for a new circuit board (the gas valves work fine) and they were able to get the part under warranty. My furnace works perfectly, they didn't try to upsell me thousands of dollars in add one like we get every time One Source comes to our house. Bottom line, they have poor communication, planning, overcharge and misidentified our problem. STAY AWAY and go with a local company who demonstrated integrity and strong communication and customer service.

I called to get a new garbage disposal installed. Ed was happy to come that same day and did a great job. He was very courteous to me and very friendly towards my three dogs. He left no mess, disposed of the old garbage disposal for me, and had the job done in 1.5 hours. Thanks again Ed.

Monte was one of the few people open on Saturday and about the only one to call me back very quickly. Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. Had me patched up in 10 minutes and charged me a fair low amount for the work performed and the trip out on a busy weekend. Showed up on time and very professional. Nick was great. Starting with the call to tell me he would be at the house in 20 min. Then showing up on time. Next, he took the time to answer my questions and explain how the faucet system worked since I had tried to fix it but was not successful. He was very affordable and did a great job. I will be calling Enki when out water heater needs replacing.

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

Best commercial plumbing outfit in Colorado

On January 2019, we, the current home owner purchased a residential property. Wright Total Indoor Comfort is the same company that initially installed the original furnace. They are also the same company that inspected the furnace before it was sold to the current home owner, me. During the home inspection, they didn't not perform a thorough inspection and reported no furnace defects or any major issues. So, we bought the property with the assumption that the furnace was in good working condition.

In October 2019, we, the current home owner called Wright Total Indoor Comfort to inspect our furnace, because it was not heating. After multiple visits with at least 6 technicians from Wright Total Indoor Comfort coming into our home to perform an inspection, we finally agreed for Wright Total Indoor Comfort to install a new furnace. What the technicians discovered was that the furnace is inoperable in its current condition. The original furnace installation was installed incorrectly by Wright Total Indoor Comfort, thus causing the furnance to have a condensation buildup. Eventually damaging the furnance and preventing it from heating.

On October 24, 2019, two Wright Total Indoor Technicians came to install the NEW furnace and they were here at my house from 1000 AM to 700 PM. Before they left, they told us that our thermostat was not compatible with the furnace they installed. Now, we have to pay more money for them to install a new Nest Thermostate. The company failure to disclose this beforehand is a testament to the quality of their technicians. When the technicians left that same night, we found out that our water heater had no hot water.

On October 25, 2019, in the morning I had to boil hot water from my kitchen stove at 0700 AM so that my children, age 4 and 6 are cleaned and ready for school. For families with children, having both hot water and a working furnace are critical. I was not happy about this. I was even more upset later today when I got a call from the front desk, Tiffany, below.

On October 25, 2019, the front office personnel, Tiffany, called me. She said that Wright Total Indoor Comfort will not come out to complete their work and fix whatever mistakes their technicians made the night before on my water heater until we pay them for the other half of the invoice. We have already paid half of the bill up front prior to them installing the furnace. The total cost for the furnace was about $4,000 and we have already paid $2,000 up front. This is not small change. The is a great example of a company not taking responsibility of the careless work of their technicians or even sending qualified technicians.

I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the following issues:

1. Poor customer service
2. Poor or unqualified technicians
3. Poor management/scheduling of work
4. Failure of the company to take responsibility of the inspections performed by their company.
