Dwayne was and if I can make it so will always be my go to plumber man. His service is the best I ever had. He is honest, kind and compassionate. He is also patient and professional. Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

I ran into issues with a DIY hot water heater replacement and called D&L for help. They were one of the few who had same day availability.

The plumber D&L sent, John, was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable of hot water heater installs and codes. He knew the tricks I expect from a true professional and easily resolved the issues that derailed me. He also brought my gas feed line up to code since he was in there.

I have used a different plumbing company every time I have had a problem, but after this positive experience, I will be calling D&L first.

Very pleased with my same day service. Called in the afternoon and Charles was there by 6:30. Jessica was very helpful with appt and the phone call before the plummer arrived. Charles was very professional and honest. I hovered over him the whole time and he did a great job. Explained everything to the T! We will definitely recommend rooter town and I will use them in the future.

They were incredible. We called them in an emergency situation. They responded same day and got our home in working order. Over the next week they got to the route of the problem and fixed it promptly. Plumbing issues are not ever cheep but I believe they are very fairly priced and worth every penny. Not only did they fix the issue they also talked us through everything answering any and all questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.
