The plumber was arriving late due to his last job, but, they kept me advised on his status. I did so appreciate the fact that they didn’t take my availability for granted. His workmanship was very professional.Will use them and recommend them in the future.

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

They charged $165 to (mis)diagnose a water heater and then refuse to service it anyway because it came from Home Depot instead of from them (at triple the price). They felt the need to teach me a lesson. It worked, as I no longer call Olson for anything.

Had one of the Frazier valley guys come out and clean an tune my water heater very quick,easy,an affordable would definitely recommend.

Very unsatisfied with this company. Was told my furnace was completely seized and needed replace, then gave me a crazy quote that was over $3000 more than it should be. Seriously, $8000 for a new furnace!! Once I told the tech I needed to discuss this with a family member, he crossed his legs on my couch, and just stared at me. Felt like he wouldn’t leave until I scheduled the replacement. Had 2 different companies come out, and it’s just the igniter that went bad, seriously!!!!! What a rip off. The tech also asked me very personal questions. He didn’t even put the furnace cover back on correct, I had to fix it after he left. What a scam this place is.

Super Job!!! from Tim coming out to service and checking out our old furnace to the install of the new Lennox furnace was a pleasure. Tim found a crack and a co2 leak in the furnace and withing in three days we had the new furnace in and working. Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was so meticulous about making sure that the new furnace was installed correctly. Can not say enough about how great the service was from start to finish. Have used Parkey's over the last few years and have never had a problem, Honest, Efficient, and Reliable.

This company was amazing. My husband and I were just wanting to have air conditioning in our Master Bedroom. While we have air conditioning in our house, it's hard to cool off our bedroom. We required some custom work for our installation. Getting financed was so easy. All the technicians were polite, followed covid protocols, cleaned up after they finished the job. There were a few hiccups, but Comfort by Design bent over backwards to correct said hiccups to make this installation perfect. I will always recommend them to anybody and everybody in the future!

We had a natural gas leak behind the stove. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Jeff, the owner was here on time and did a great job sealing the leak. We will use Green Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.
