Thank you Clint Gavigan for the great first experience with Mr. Rooter! I'm now a customer for life. I was pretty nervous about calling a plumber after 7pm on a Friday night. Luckily, I called Mr. Rooter in Colorado Springs! They are available 24/7. A pipe outside of my house had a cracked fitting and it was leaking water. I freaked out. The technician (Clint Gavigan) showed up and was super friendly and put me at ease. I thought all the water would need to be shut down until it was fixed. Clint followed the line and was able to shut it down at the problem. Now it can be fixed at a later date. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter (Clint) to make that repair! I was so impressed with the genuine care that I joined the club. It was a relief to have someone from a company who genuinely wasn't just after the money! Mark was great. He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond for a much lower rate than the bigger corporate companies. He also showed up much quicker than the other companies could. I plan on calling on him again anytime I need rooter services.
