Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

I had what I thought was a leak in my basement but could not find where it was coming from so I called on the experts. Jerry came out and found a leak at the shower head of my guest room and repaired it for me. He was quite professional and very kind! Unfortunately the problem persisted and I called again. This time Marvin came out and found that our drain in the laundry room was backing up. This wasn't happening the last time I called, and I'm very thankful for both of them! They made it out very quickly and have gotten me set up to get the septic drain scoped to determine the main cause of the issues. As a first time homeowner and this being the first time handling these situations I couldn't be more thankful to have a reliable and trustworthy company to call on! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needed plumbing services, even if I hope I don't need to call again! Although they will be my first call if I do!

Jeremy fixed our water heater in about 15 minutes after another company told us we needed to get a new one. He and his son were so kind and answered all my questions about what was wrong and how they were fixing it. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing help.

The tech, Nathan, arrived on time, and called before coming. The work was performed flawlessly and professionally... I was so pleased I purchased a maintenance agreement, which was very reasonably priced.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Sewer system backed up on, you guessed it, New Years Day (Sunday). Olson not only answered the phone, but sent a technician that afternoon. He was professional and efficient. He noticed an issue with a toilet, so Olson sent a plumber who fixed that problem. I get it. They were making overtime due to working on a holiday. Still, they were working on a holiday. And they did so with good cheer, patience, expertise, and for a surprisingly reasonable rate, all things considered. Great experience with Olson!

I had a serious water leak from behind the wall in one of my bathrooms and family was on there way from out of state.Rick was called and found the leak and had it fixed within an hour.Fast,kind, and courteous service! Will call again!

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had a drain clog on a Sunday. The technician was here within 2 hours and gave us a discount for being a repeat customer. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

Well let me start here, some of you might understand living in a big complex & maintenance have their hands full, Our head maintenance Ed needed assistance on the issue so he called out your team & it was AMAZING, BRIAN was Fabulous, very Professional, very Friendly & most of all very Knowledgeable. Brain fixed the issue in Amazing time & cleaned the work area, when he finished that... he went about & beyond by showing me the gas shut off valves & not only that he even checked my O2 Sensor & even Explained to me how that worked. Wow. I'm a real estate agent and have worked with a number of plumbers ... Chris, with Team Plumbing *FAR EXCEEDED* all of my expectations! In the world of technology, they say you can only get two of the three qualities: Good, Fast or Inexpensive. I had all 3 with Chris! Chris had excellent worksmanship, was very quick and very cost effective. On top of it all he was very personable with a great smile! Thank you Chris... you are the man 😃👍

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I used FMS to replace two sinks in my master bath (one had cracked, so I had to replace both on a double vanity to match). Starting with Kris Smith, who went above and beyond researching different repair/replacement options, the FMS team was simply amazing. The plumbers were professional, efficient, and most importantly, great at their jobs. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and I absolutely know who I will be calling for any future plumbing needs.
