The person( sorry we can't remember his name) you sent took time to answer all our questions. He found the answers to the questions he did not have answers to. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of the owner (Marvin) coming out to my residence to fix a small leak I had in the drain of my shower, and honestly, I’ve never seen someone work more fast OR efficient to get a job done right like the owner of this fine business did. He was in and out of the job in 20 minutes or less and invited me down under the house to show me he did it right. Couldn’t even imagine how well trained his workers are if that’s the kind of friendly, passionate leader they are trained under, but if I ever needed someone back out here (which I shouldn’t now) these guys would be my first and only call. 10/10 gentlemen.

I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. Jeremy always comes through when I need him.

Can't give Steve a higher recommendation, he was very professional in the installation of a new faucet, garbage disposal and repairing two new sink stoppers. Again kudos to Steve.

Rick came out to Falcon/Peyton and relocated the whole-house filters from my well system from the crawl space I can no longer physically get into up to a main floor room. He also installed a valve that allows me to turn off the water to the whole house from the main floor. After trying to reuse my existing filters to save me money (which leaked), he put in a temporary fix to allow us to have water and came back the next day with new filters. He also fixed my dryer vent/hose that I have been fighting with for a year. The job cost about what I expected, and was more than reasonable considering the two trips. I will call him again if I ever need plumbing assistance.

Bobby arrived in good time. He was friendly and easy to talk with. He serviced the unit, changed the filter and insured it was working properly. He went over my membership plan so I knew how much coverage I had. Bobby removed all trash. Job well done.

What a great experience, this company is top notch! Kyle was so friendly..I couldn't believe how prompt he arrived at my home, gave a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. He got to work immediately, walked me through the issue, what the work plan would be, an initial estimate if all went according to plan, and no other issues where found. I was so grateful for the work that he did and the guidance he gave us for the facet gear we needed to replace. We followed his instruction and all went well! I have been using Parkey’s for the annual inspection and maintenance of my Buderus boiler for several years. The service technicians have always been top notch, but this year Dan set a new benchmark. As my house sat empty during the cold days of December just days away from the new owner moving in, I discovered the boiler was not functioning properly…no heat or hot water. I immediately called Parkey’s and Dan was dispatched afterhours. He diagnosed the concern and rush-ordered the needed parts. As soon as the parts arrived he immediately made time to repair the boiler. A big “thank you” to Dan and Parkey’s for their awesome customer service.

Had a pipe spring a small leak in utility closet last night. Called a couple of plumbers to see if someone could come over in the morning to change out the leaking pipe. Alphalete said they would have someone here between 10 to 12. Chris showed up at 10:30. He analyzed problem right away and after picking up necessary parts, was able to fix leaking pipes in 15 minutes. Price was affordable. All together very happy with Alphalete service

I just bought my first house and my Realtor recommended Mike to check out my furnace and water heater. After his first visit I knew I'd be using Mike and his team for all my plumbing and heating needs. He told me what upgrades I could do and the benefits, but was very open about how I didn't need to do those things if I didn't want to. It was refreshing to get an honest answer without pressure to do unnecessary upgrades just to get a sale.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

It's a great place to get ur plumbing done. They are great the plummers they know what they are doing. Never have had a problem with them.
