Best Boiler Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Affordable Plumbing came to my house to clean the main sewer drain. During this process, their worker broke a tool in the drain. They are now demanding $5,000.00 from me to fix THEIR mistake. Not only this, but during the process of retrieving their tool, they've damaged newly laid sod and have broken my sprinkler system. I'm in the process of talking to a lawyer because they have not responded to any of my calls.UPDATE: The reply to my review is insincere. A manager contacted me from Affordable Plumbing, not to address the damage they caused to my property, nor to address the fact they they are charging me $5,000.00 because THEIR equipment broke. Rather, they replied to harass me about this poor review. They truly are a disreputable and dishonest business.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Last night our furnace was on high and I couldn't get it to turn off so I called and asked if Johnny could come back out and check on it. He'd fixed our furnace previously and was amazing. He figured out what was wrong and the furnace was back in working order. Johnny is the best and went out of his way to help me even though it was after 10 at night on a Monday. I cannot speak highly enough of him!

I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. Jeremy always comes through when I need him.

Ever since we started working with One Source (formerly Heat Depot), we have had nothing but issues. It has been one thing after another. We got the A/C installed 2 years ago. A few months ago our furnace was supposedly going out. So fine, we waste that money for a new furnace. Ever since we did that, it's been downhill. They said that everything was clogged and we needed to spend 2k to fix it all. That's only after we had to reschedule 3 times because they never showed up, and some guy got fired for not have a license the day he was suppose to come fix it, and no one ever told us he wasn't coming. Each time they were significantly past the window time, leaving us wondering if they would even show up. Not even 2 months later, here we are sitting in our 84 degree house with a clogged AC again. I'm tempted to tell them to take the entire thing out and leave us alone.

I called to get a new garbage disposal installed. Ed was happy to come that same day and did a great job. He was very courteous to me and very friendly towards my three dogs. He left no mess, disposed of the old garbage disposal for me, and had the job done in 1.5 hours. Thanks again Ed.

This is the company you want to hire when you're in Colorado Springs they know exactly what they're doing and they totally blow affordable Plumbing out the window with their prices way cheaper way better job and they worked after hours

Great work! Rick and his partner installed a gas line for a stove range in our kitchen. They were professional, approachable and insured all our gas appliances were running thoroughly before leaving. Had a new boiler heating system installed. Diego and his team were on time and answered any questions we had. The boiler is up and running and we finally have something that works. Very qualified people and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worked here for 1 year. I quit due to better opportunities. Its been 1 month and 2 weeks and still haven't received my last check.

They were super helpful. And I did not even wind up using them. It was a problem that was fixed by the water company. But they pointed me in the right direction and I will definitely call on them if I need some help.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
