Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

4-5 years ago I stupidly purchased a contract from this place, it does get me yearly cleanings. Each year they have come out to clean they give me a list of items that need to be fixed in my system, AC and furnace, it's always a sales pitch. This year during the cleaning the tech talked on his phone the entire time and he taped a wire on my AC condensor causing it to short out and blow earlier this week. I called to get an appointment for them to come look at the AC and for 3 days have not been able to get the scheduler to call us back. We have had to appointments, but I am told they aren't real appointments until they call and confirm - after three days still no call. Today, I called another company to come fix the issue and they were able to come later the same day and took care of it in less than an hour - and didn't try to sell me anything other than the needed repair. Do not use this company, call Robbins Heating and Cooling instead.

I just wanted to send a huge positive thank you for the service we received from Lowell this week. Lowell was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in the repair of our condenser fan. I believe he went the extra mile to make sure he resolved our issue. He was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. He provided us with some helpful suggestions for keeping our heating and cooling running smoothly and suggested some additional services which we will be using to service our heating and fireplace in the near future.

My experience was pretty brief since they never responded to my online message, and oh yeah, they never returned my voice mail. I guess it's nice to be that busy that you don't need new business.

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We feel very fortunate to have called Oak Vi

These guys were great. My sales person Johnny was easy to connect with and responsive if texts/VM left with him. The install crew replaced my furnace and new AC unit outside... in just 2 days. I also worked with the main office crew. Each time we spoke, they were professional & answered any questions I asked them. Thank you team Parkey's.

I have used Jolly Plumbing over the years and they have always treated me right. I recently had them come to my house for a leaky hose bib due to the recent weather we had. Instead of putting a new one in they found that it was a rubber seal that was broken internally, saving me some money. I will continue to use Jolly.
