Great experience! Water heater finally died. Called H Jacks who came out in less than an hour. We are now satisfied owners of a tankless system. Lucas was awesome - professional, wore a mask and shoe coverings, was thorough, and provided a fair estimate. The work was completed timely and the area where the team worked was cleaner than it was before they came. Before leaving upon completion, Lucas provided a full walk through of the system. Five Star Plumbing replaced a shut off valve in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet. Service was excellent. Kamran was polite, thorough, and professional. I would use them again without question. Actually, when Kamran was here he pointed out two other shut off valves that were corroded and so he is returning next week to replace them. I am so glad to find a plumber I trust.

Have used them multiple times in past. So when I had another problem pop up they were the first I called. Was able to get me an appointment quick. This time I had Ryan, he’s a nice guy and knows what he’s doing. Had another problem pop up that he was able to attend to right away. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise

Dan came out to fix a leaking bathroom tub drain and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered us a variety of solutions to fix the leak and his knowledge of the business, years of experience, and professionalism made it easy for us to choose Dan as our plumber of choice. He did a great job replacing pipes and a drain in very tight spaces. I would recommend Dan for any plumbing repairs you may have.

We had a good experience with Tim Hatzidakis this morning. He is a very honest and knowledgeable man. There was no high pressure on doing the pluming work. Good information and very honest with his advise. I would recommend him for any work.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! Al hornyak is very unprofessional,and all the units in that property is infested with roaches and bed bugs do not rent from this guy he is the TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LANDLORD
