We recently had our annual ac unit check up and I was impressed by our tech. We have had great service from Bill over the years but he was unavailable on our scheduled day. Our tech was Andres Ortiz and he did Bill proud by providing a great experience. He was on time, friendly, informative and even made friends with our dog, Layla. Gas leak caused gas Company to turn off my gas until it was resolved. I called WyattWorks and they were at my house and ready to work in under an hour. The technicians Jamal and Ray went above and beyond professionally and explained everything thoroughly. They practiced every Covid precaution necessary to get the job done. I was not told about an $85 service call fee to obtain a quote regarding interior waterproofing. They wanted $17845 for an interior system. I went with a well known long time competitor for $7000. Total rip off in my opinion. I’ll never call them again.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..
