The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

Mitch was her on Friday unclogged bathroom sink, today 2 other guts came in a fixed broken pipe in basement shower an installed fixture. They were all great, cleaned everything when done. Polite, professional. An they worked with my home warranty which is great hard to find a company that will work with home warranty.

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy because we had a hot water heater issue and a few other small issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Edmond was our technician and did a great job. Turns out, we needed to replace our hot water heater and he was back first thing the next morning ready to install. Service was great, the pricing was fair, and the process was painless.
