Fast accurate work... Extremely expensive

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. I would highly recommend Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain to anyone who is in need of plumbing services and won’t hesitate to call him first if we were to have issues in the future! This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

I rarely call a plumber. But they said they would be here at a certain time and they were. Told me the price first. Then they fixed it. Problem solved.

From the moment we met with a representative of the company I have be nothing but impressed! the representative was professional, respectful and in no way pushy. He prewarned us that it would take awhile for our job to come up in the queue and that was fine with us. When our turn came, we could not be here that day but they said it was not necessary. We returned that evening to see the two men, Nick and Dan, working very hard and they were respectful even to prioritizing finishing any work they did to the neighbor's property before finishing ours. They came back the next day right on time. They worked hard, were respectful and yet friendly. When they were finished, I could tell they were tired of two days of hard work and yet they did not shirk the extra time to clean up and leave our landscape in good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone on the west side of Cleveland.
