After Billy came to the house. The initial process was great. Shortly after, they broke a pipe underneath the sidewalk. They tried to ask me to pay for the material, however I refused. Then they couldn’t provide water for that day due to the broken pipe so that hooked up a house to the neighbors house without consent and stole their water. Never once offered to pay for the water that leaked throughout that night and all next day. I had to pay those bills. It was a very very stressful few days to deal with them. As for the work they left the lawn with all the dirt they had to dig up and made a huge mess. They said it would go down after a few months. It’s been almost a year and it’s the same.

My family experienced a burst in one of our water lines this morning. Called numerous places for help. Your company was accepting, available, transparent, on time and affordable. Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Looking forward to having you back in the spring for a few more small projects.

Absolutely amazing work I’ve been having a hard time with my pipes and drains not draining water from my kitchen and he went above and beyond to do the what seemed impossible for other companies to do and now my kitchen sink is usable again thank you all so much for your hard work it’s truly appreciated 10/10 recommend great service as well as staff.

After having several issues with our basement, we were able to have Killeen come out and snake/scope our lines. There were places where the pvc pipes going out to the drain were either completely packed with mud, or massive fibrous roots blocking them.

Cory, with his crew, came out, tore out our deck (which we were replacing anyways), trenched, dug, and replaced the old with new. There was a section of old pipe that was about 20 feet long that would also need attention soon. He suggested we have that replaced before putting in a new deck, which we agreed.

It was 90+ degrees both days, but the crew worked fast, hard and did it right. The guys were super nice, and we would definitely have Killeen back out.

The only true drawback was the scheduling. But they still get 5 stars!

I can't say enough about Roto-Rooter's service and the top-shelf service man they sent to repair a blocked drainage line in my yard. My serviceman, Orlando, worked (and I mean he worked) all day to manually remove a couple of trees whose roots had interfered with drainage from my house to the sewer line. I hired a plumber to work on this problem last year who misdiagnosed the problem, charged me more, and gave me no warranty on the work. If I ever need service for a plumbing issue in the future, Roto-Rooter will be my first call. They did a lot of work at a very fair price - and on a holiday weekend!

My water system was installed by these guys, and I couldn't be happier! Everyone delivered professionalism, kindness, and productivity.

Even though I had a minor issue they fixed it right away and went as far to send out management to meet me. Thanks Neptune! You guys rock!!!

I was very happy with the service I received.the technicians were efficient knowledgeable and went over and beyond my expectations. The problems were resolved in a timely manner and the restoration crew did a great job in clean-up and sanitizing. I would definitely refer Roto-Rooter for any backups and restoration.
