Best Water Heating in Cleveland OH

My experience with H. Jack's has been nothing short of excellent. I'll make four points about H. Jack's:

1. Every single employee is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

2. H. Jack's is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. This isn't guy with a plumbing truck...these are experts who know what they are doing and have the resources to complete any job.

3. H. Jack's is a company that stands behind its work...period. I've done lots and lots of work at my house with H. Jack's and there have been some issues that required more than your typical service - they've never let me down - ever. I call, they answer and show up on time.

4. I like to work with nice people that treat me fairly. John, the owner, and Patrick, the #2, are class acts who understands customer service. Jeff J., their top technician, has spent days at my house on various projects - he never let me down and when the problems seemed almost unfixable, he rolled up his sleeves and got the job done for me.

I know that this review probably sounds like it was written by someone at H. Jack's...it wasn't. I'm a regular guy that doesn't mind paying a touch more for best-in-class service.

Have used them twice in the last few months. They were straight with me about my water heater needing a part (under warranty), not replacement. Then I did need a new furnace: they were very clear about what was included (right down to the chimney cap) and I had heat by the end of the day. True professionals!

I have called Five Star Plumbing and Heating every time I needed something looked at or fixed. My parents are also now loyal customers.
You will never go wrong: Kameran is honest, kind, respectful, fair and very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His prices are great! He also offers extra tips and advice that are very helpful. He has become a friend of the family. I am so happy he was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have continued to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs help!

Absolutely the best! I wish all businesses were like them! Very professional and knowledgeable, explains the problem and the best and least expensive way to solve it. From the pleasant receptionist to the great plumber (Shane). We've used plumbing 911 a number of times, and I even called them for my dad's home. Nobody else I'd ever call!👍👍👍

Edward was excellent. Courteous and informative and very efficient. He repaired our drain pipe far faster than expected. Also replaced some leaky gas couplings and corrected the main valve for the booth basement shower. Cleaned up after himself and kept us fully informed.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

I requested a quote for my furnace replacement and Kurt reached out to me to set up an appointment. The appointment was for Monday the 25th of October between 10:30 and 1:30. I took off of work in order to be available for this appointment and when 1:30 came and went, I called back. Call went to voicemail so I left a message. Literally no call back. No follow up. This is absolutely ridiculous. When the only number I was able to use was for a guy named Kurt with no business name in the voicemail box and a personal email address, I should've been leery. But many contractors are like that so I gave him a chance. Never again. I will be seeking my services elsewhere.

Had our clay pipes replaced from the house to the sidewalk approximately 6-7 years ago. In Spring 2020, our mainline backed up again. I called them to repair and the technician told us we were out of warranty (work done over five years ago) and it was going to cost us the full price to repair. I was unhappy with this, so I got in touch with Jason, who offered to work with us on the pricing since the repair failed. While working things out with Jason, I found my original paperwork, which demonstrated the work had a 10 year warranty. After being provided with this information, Jason honored the warranty and completed the repairs for free. We added some additional work to be done at the time and the price was competitive. They showed up on the date scheduled and on time.

We had an issue with our sump pump.They came out right away. They were nice to deal with and looked out for me the customer. I would highly recommend them and their service.

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy as we noticed a big leak in our kitchen and they responded immediately. Within half hour, our problem was diagnosed and Edmond set to work. Three cheers to the team for the timely assistance.
