I called them Monday to check on my hot water tank that wasn’t heating the water anymore , they sent someone the same day, no complaints on this part…Here’s what the technician wrote on the invoice #11788 :
“Diagnose water heater 50 gal power vent out of warranty ( we’ll anyone could notice that after the sticker)..
Not operating properly, recommend replacement (on what base? was it leaking,what kind of issue he noticed, I think this was only based on the tank being out of warranty)…See proposal (approx $3400😳)…For all this they charged me $169 plus $89 for the service fee,a total of $258…Okay I said let me think about it and I’ll let you know since the $258 would go towards the new tank they kind of force you to use them…Called them back to confirm that I’ll use them but they didn’t called me back until the next day. In the meantime in the evening I plugged in the water tank myself (the technician unplugged it), restarted the hot water tank and SURPRISE! We have hot water ever since…So I don’t really understand the $169 charge (for what was I charged)…I get the service fee but this NO…The only reason I called them was that their number was on the water tankCalled them twice, talked to a lady , she said that the manager will call me back…They never did…Two days already…Unprofessional…Would not recommended to anyone for this kind of job!

Shaker Heights Plumbing came out to hook up our new dishwasher, and the water line for our new refrigerator. They arrived when they said they would, and their plumber was very courteous, and professional. Their service was a very affordable price as well. I would recommend using this company.

I'm not sure if I have used this service before, but I just wanted to let the owner know that the address showing up on google search is wrong. I was doing a search on my house address and your business name showed up with my house address. I am sure it was a mistake but you might want to get that corrected or your customers might show up at my house looking for your business...just trying to help you out!

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.

We had 1 Day replace 35' of broken sewer pipe from our house to the main. A camera inspection revealed the pipe was crushed quite badly in one spot and this was likely the cause of our sewer backup. They had the line replaced in a day as was promised, they cleaned up their mess and they beat a prior estimate we had gotten so all in all we are pleased with their work and would recommend to a friend.

Saw the company van while driving down the highway, gave them a call and they were at my home the next day for an estimate. Few months later I was ready to schedule. I called back and it was super quick to get on the books for the next day. A few hours later I get a call from Chuck asking if my time allows it a tech can be at my home within the hour. I gladly took the appointment. I asked the tech if it was a small family business which was a yes. I was super happy to support a family business that helped me! My family and I are beyond grateful on how fast the work was done. No more washing dishes in cold water after dealing with it for 2 years. I found my goto plumber. #supportsmallbusinesses
