June 9th I had a plumber from Lakewood plbg come out to my home in West Park for a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. I called that morning and he was here by 1pm, not to mention I called a few other plumbing companies and they either never called me back or called that night to set up an appointment for another day. The plumber fixed the drain issue and called back later that day to make sure it was draining without any trouble. Excellent job and beyond fair price! I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome work and workers cleaned up everything very neatly......would highly recommend to a friend! We have tried to get them to come back 3 times now to explain the cleanout valve since 8 months ago and no one has showed up it's not very good customer service

We had water issues near our tree lawn and didn’t know the source. Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked hard to identify the source and fix the problem. We will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Steven came out to clear my sink drain. He ran snake through the 30 foot plus long pipe a couple times and then reassessed when it still didn't clear it. After looking at the drain plumbing in the basement he removed the problem pipe and the excessive 90 degree fittings and replaced it. Then he flushed the whole line and it works better than ever. Excellent work for a fair price.

We used Parma Heights Plumbing for a sewer main repair at our home. I got five estimates from plumbers, and Parma Heights Plumbing gave me the best deal cost wise, and the earliest scheduled appointment to get the repair done. They did an excellent job, were professional, reliable, and the customer service throughout the entire process was great. We would definitely recommend this plumbing company to friends, family, or anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Trenches sewer was great to work with. They were completely transparent eith the scope of work and billing. They were self contained with the accepting of needing space to mix, which I was informed about before they showed up but they did a great job cleaning up after they were totally finished. The guys who were here worked through some extreme challenges to make sure we got really good repairs on our sewer lines.
They went above and beyond helping make sure their areas were cleaned up so my mother could come and go as she had broken her foot. I cannot recommend them enough! The entire process was clear and transparent. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Wow, what a relief!! My fiancé and I had James come out to repair our main sewer line that had been causing us nothing but issues for a few years now and From start to finish James kept us updated and didn’t miss a beat when it came down to the repair. Not only were they here early but they also stayed later into the afternoon to make sure they were able to get in and out for me on a Saturday.. extremely hard workers and I recommend them 10/10 times to anyone. I had this company come out to help with a clogged kitchen sink. After using the sink I have a drip coming from one of the joints. I’m also extremely disappointed that I now have a black mess on the underside of my sink that I’m not sure will come out. The repair person wiped up most of the mess on the cabinet (with just dry paper towels that I had to supply). I attempt to call the company and got a full voicemail message. Shortly after choosing the option for SMS and disconnecting the call I received a spam text. I find it hard to believe it’s a coincidence considering I never get them. This service was definitely not worth $189. It was also surprising when I get an invoice for a company by the name of Metro Plumbing and Sewer with a completely different phone number. This was not the company I contacted or thought I would be dealing with. It was explained that they own Parma Plumbing. This should be more transparent to customers.
