I contact Five Star Plumbing this afternoon as a new customer and the plumber was in my driveway an hour later. I am extremely pleased with this company. He was so nice and friendly and was comfortable to be around. I like how he shows me as things move along and explains everything. Bonus....he found shut off valves for my garage that many people have tried to find unsuccessfully. That will make me happy next winter. He installed an evaporator tank and fixed a leaky faucet. Price was the best part! The reviews are strong for Five Star and now I understand why. 5 stars from me along with many referrals.

One of their plumbers, Craig, came over yesterday and fixed several smaller problems that I had been needing to take care of for some time. He was even able to find and fix a leak that another plumber had claimed wasn't there (like water and mildew just appears by magic?). He was friendly, fast, professional, and came in under his estimate.

Strongsville Plumbing Company just replaced my 10 yr old water heater that finally broke down. They gave me an excellent deal on a 6yr warranty high efficiency tank, and the complete install. They did the job the same day I called, and were a pleasure to work with. Very professional plumber, courteous, and the customer service was top notch all the way through. We had some issues arise with our sewer line after purchasing a home and Dan helped us figure out the issue every step of the way. He communicated great about what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest about everything. He did a larger job for us in a short amount of time and made sure to fit us into his schedule. Mike is a great guy and does super work! He works quickly and efficiently while keeping the customer informed. He strictly follows sanitation protocols and leaves the work area clean when he is finished. I can definately recommend Mike and Wyatt Works for all plumbing needs.

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!
