Best Toilet Installation in Cleveland OH

The crew was supposed to finish a small detail in a shower installation but ended up fixing an unexpected sewr line clog.

Matt was professional and tidy. He also explained things thoroughly!

Called them to get service from a backed up sewer and they did what no other company would or did do (as we called multiple in the area)- they saved us a couple hundred dollars in a wasted trip. They asked questions about our problem and pinpointed that it was probably a main sewer issue not a household issue and referred us to have our county come and do a free snake drain from the street (we are new home owners and had no idea our county did that). They were right and the issue was from the main sewer, therefore saving us from a costly snaking with no result! Definitely an honest company with a lot of integrity! Would call them for any other plumbing issue I had!

They came out and fixed my clogged sewer mainline. The man was professional and did a great job.

I've hired them for various plumbing problems for over 10 years now. They are reliable, curteous, thoroughly clean up when finished and have always done a good job.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a plumbing issue I needed resolved. The company told me on a Monday that they would be out Friday between 9:3-10:30 for repairs. Not only did they not show up but after calling for over two hours I was met with hostility and told that my appointment was never booked. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs, as this company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Not to mention when they finally decided to return my call hours later, the first thing that was said to me was “I am calling so we don’t receive a negative review”. 0/10.

First Choice came recommended to me, and I am so pleased with the service I received. Dan came out, quoted me a price, and spent quite a bit of time on my property - much longer than I think he was planning to due to no fault of his - the job was just left for too long and proved to be bigger than expected. He was professional and kind, he took me along through the entire process and showed me what he was finding and explained what he was seeing, and I learned a great deal from him. His price was more than fair, and he gave me some tips to keep this issue from creeping up again anytime soon. Thank you, Dan! I will definitely call you again for any plumbing issues I may face!

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.
