Best Tankless Water Heater Repair And Replacement in Cleveland OH

I recently had H Jack’s Plumbing and heating come and fix my water heater. I had never used them but I would use in the future. I called at 5.:00 in the morning and they were there by 9am. They were sincere, knowledgeable and patient. I had 5 different gentleman in the home and each one was great. The day before I had Brad and Cody who were very kind and courteous. All gentlemen that came within the two days were a great representation of the company.

Technician Ralph installed a new faucet and stop valves for our bathroom sink. He was very courteous and thorough with the installation.

diagnosing the issue, up to and including speaking with the city and county on my behalf. Great customer service! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing related assistance.

We had no heat for Christmas, thankfully the temperature outside was in the 50s and we were able to wait until Sunday - didn't want to take anyone away from their families! When we did call, Kevin showed up just a few hours later.
