My hot/cold valves behind my washer were leaking so after reading all of the good reviews for Five Star, so I decided to call this company for a quote. Kamran returned my call promptly and he came out to my house within the next hour. He was courteous, polite and most of all very affordable! I was expecting to pay more than what he charged, so I'm very thankful that I read these reviews! I will be referring him to my friends for when they have plumbing issues and need a good plumber!

Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

We are extremely pleased with our powder room remodel by Litts in April 2016. The selection and quality of the cabinets hardware fixtures and wide range of services available from Litts was outstanding. Although it seemed to us to be a simple project the professionals at Litts planned for every contingency from the initial measure to the multiple trips made by the plumber and cabinet carpenter to ensure that the right work happened still the right time. This resulted in the project being completed on time and beautifully done. Their carpenter was a perfectionist and the installation was perfect. We were so pleased that we already consulted Litts designers about a bigger main bath total remodel and are looking forward to working with them soon. forward to working with them again

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.

We had water issues near our tree lawn and didn’t know the source. Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked hard to identify the source and fix the problem. We will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing needs.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.
