called to fix a leak behind tub paid 800.00 .... Still leaking from same spot and they want to charge 800.00 more to fix what they misdiagnos....

Smylie One did a full install of a new AC unit and new furnace. The team was here for two days. They were clean, courteous, and professional. One of the guys even stayed late to make sure our AC was running before he left for the night (prior to the job being completed.)

We went with Smylie because they were straight with us when it came to prices and the project. Other companies tried to sell us packages or things we didn't need. Their quote fell middle tier to the three we received.

They are busy! It took about 4 weeks for install.

Just had service for a leak in my basement. The plumber came out on time and was very polite and curtious. Gave me a great price and fixed it timely and same day. Easy to schedule and expalined everything. He even gave me a heads up on something that may need fixed in the future giving me time to save up for the job when it happens. I will definitely use them again

We had a sewer backup in our basement and Dan was to the rescue. He was in time within our appointed window. He was descriptive with good detail in communicating what was causing the issue. My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.
