Kamran came to our house and installed a dishwasher. His professional work at a fair price led him to my asking for his business cards to hand out at church. He gave us a new customer discount and also a discount for repeat service should we decide to do other work with five star. Surprised there are service people like kamran still around.

We had some issues arise with our sewer line after purchasing a home and Dan helped us figure out the issue every step of the way. He communicated great about what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest about everything. He did a larger job for us in a short amount of time and made sure to fit us into his schedule. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will continue to use him for all of our needs going forward. Great service!!

For starters the guy that came to check my hot water tank set in the truck for about 20mins before getting out!! #2 I had to reach out to them to keep asking what’s going on with the service!! Someone suppose to called me back about 3 weeks for me to pay them for the hot water tank I haven’t received a call a text or email I think it’s so unprofessional of them I still don’t have hot water it’s now march this been going on since January yes January ahs reached out to them and no response maybe other people had good experience with them I didn’t I would not recommend them to my family or friends!! I had to get another company..The unprofessional part and the non communication is really something they need to work on..

Tom came out to help us with a problem with our shower faucet. He fixed the problem and explained everything clearly. He also gave us an estimate to replace our primary sump, explaining all of the options. Would highly recommend Killeen and Tom!!!

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They sent a trainee and only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

Scott and his crew are top notch! Everyone knew their role and worked together seamlessly as a team. Had them come in over several days and complete a variety of plumbing-related projects, including the installation of multiple tankless units that required quite a bit of pre-planning to figure out the route of the pipe runs, and maximize performance and aesthetics of the units as well as incorporating and preparing a spot for an additional future tankless unit. The end result turned out beautifully, and one that I'm proud to show off to even my most particular home renovation / project friends. Highly recommended!

On Dec. 12, 2015 we had Luke Majestic as our plumber come out to do some work to unclog and repair our bathroom vanity sink. Would like to
give him an excellent recommendation for all the work he performed.
He done a very efficient job in taking care of our problems in a timely manner. He was also very thorough in explaining everything to us in regard to the issue going on. He managed to unclog the drain after snaking it out and also repaired our faucet to stop the drip we had.
Only problem was the cost was very expensive for all this work but we
had to pay it in order to get the repairs completed. I would definitely
recommend Luke (Approved Plumbing) to others in the future for any
plumbing repairs/issues.

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.
His communication skills are very clear and he is professional at all times.

My sewer line from the house to the street collapse Could not wash clothes, use the toilet or shower without water coming up from the basement drain. We called this company and they came out the next day, gave me a estimate and was able to replace the pipe the next day. I feel I got the best price ( I did shop around) and the service and technicians we're excellent Would definitely use them again. Trenches sewer was great to work with. They were completely transparent eith the scope of work and billing. They were self contained with the accepting of needing space to mix, which I was informed about before they showed up but they did a great job cleaning up after they were totally finished. The guys who were here worked through some extreme challenges to make sure we got really good repairs on our sewer lines.
They went above and beyond helping make sure their areas were cleaned up so my mother could come and go as she had broken her foot. I cannot recommend them enough! The entire process was clear and transparent. Everyone was professional and courteous.
