I was impressed from start to finish! From appointment to punctuality. When they give you a time they make it! I got a text, phone call and did not have to worry.Jamal came out to service our radiator valve that broke.He made impression from just walking in just wearing the booties throughout house. So many people just run around not knowing we care about old floors!You could tell they were experienced, they inspected where things were and focused on getting it done. Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

Our drain has broken under the garage concrete. John's team has done a great job digging, replacing the water pipes, and covering the pipe with gravel.

We've used The Plumbing Source twice now. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and take the time to understand the specific problems the customer has. We will definitely use them again when another plumbing need arises.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had a “technician” out and he tinkered with the furnace vice replacing a part and charged $200. We then fast forward a week said part breaks I have no heat. Thank god we have a great company in Brunswick that cares, they are here fixing the issue

I am so happy I found this company. Luke and John did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable, quick and focused, hard-working, and such nice people. They worked so well together and were very friendly. Luke ran everything by me before he did it, told me how much it was going to be, gave me options, and told me about some warranty features on faucets I already owned that I was unaware of (e.g., Moen replaces parts for free). They replaced my kitchen faucet (and soap dispenser!) and fixed my shower and tub faucet. They did it quickly and both look and work perfectly.

As you can see from the services listed, Brian has done a lot of work for us. First and foremost Brian does excellent work with reasonable pricing . We’ve had a few semi emergencies and Brian has always made us a priority and fit us into his busy schedule . Brian always arrives when he says he will which is important when working from home with busy meeting schedules . Lastly , Brian is a great guy . My wife and I really enjoy talking with Brian when he’s here and have 100 trust in him . A lot of factors go into choosing a contractor and Brian checks all the boxes .

I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.

They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing service in Clevelnad.

Was working in my apartment and took it upon themselves to vandalize my surfboard. Not sure why. So maybe watch your belongings if they are around.

Dano Plumbing replaced our water heater two years ago. Today, during sub zero temperatures and thus a very busy day, Joe, was very patient and helpful on the phone to help diagnose the problem with our water heater before sending out a service technician. I would recommend Dano Plumbing for installations and service!
