Very timely arrival. Very friendly plumber. Really knew his work well. Did a great job for us replacing the valve on our toilet.

Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air and I also smelled Freon coming from the vents so I submitted my concern on Smylie Ones website. Linda then spoke to me and sent the technician Andres over to diagnose our ac unit. The first thing Andres did before entering our home was that he put on shoe covers which was very important for us! Andres explained that our ac unit outside was low on Freon but could also be leaking somewhere in the lines. He then pointed us in the right direction to speak with consultants about replacing our ac unit . Andres and Linda were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and would definitely be contacting them for all our plumbing, heating & cooling needs. Thanks again!

I'm lowering my rating from 2* to a 1*. Like they say, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. After my last 2 star review, I received a phone call from the fine folks at McPhillips, apologizing for dropping the ball, and asking how they could make it better. Because I had already had the work completed by a local guy, there was nothing they could offer me. However they did remind me that they were busy with commercial work, and because I was residential, I would always be a second-rate customer (Commercial comes first). Last week (Thursday to be exact), I decided to give Mcphillips a second chance when my A/C unit died. A gentleman came out to look at it, said it couldn't be repaired, and said he'd get back to me with a quote for a new unit. Well, today is 7 days later, and I'm still waiting on the quote from McPhilllips Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Luckily, I have already found someone else. Never again.

My A/C got back to me immediately and came out next day. The tech and his colleague came on time and were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done. They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.
