I requested a shower valve repair on my short-term rental property. They were able to come out between guests and complete the repair. They even fixed a leak around the shower enclosure seal when they were testing the new valve

So i woke up, was very cold in house. Checked thermostat, replaced batteries and still couldn't get furnace to kick on. Called, they had someoone out within 20 minutes. The repairman checked thermostat, I advised him I replaced batteries. The issue was the connection for the battery needed lifted to make contact. THAT'S IT, LOL. We had CO checked as precaution since furnace is more than 20 yrs old. I understand they have to charge for someone to come out but I don't think it was worth $110, but I get it. Was a costly repair seeing nothing needed repaired but we have heat and are awaiting an estimate for a new furnace and A/C. Would highly recommend, repairman was friendly, put on shoe covers, and gave suggestions (CO check), changing filters monthly, motor was squeaking and he advised the bearing was prob getting ready to go. That's why the estimate.

Kamran is, without a doubt, the best plumber! He is quick to respond to calls and is very polite. He has been our plumber for a whole year and in that time he has fully renovated 2 bathrooms, installed all of our appliances, and replaced 20 valves in our 1853 year old home. I called, they answered! They delivered a brand new energy efficient hot water tank within 24 hours. The receptionist had no issues answering all of my questions and easing my mind about the entire process. The plumber that came out wore a mask, explained what he needed to do, and got it done within two hours with no mess. Great company!

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

Dave came out to a leaky water heater at our home. Very nice and informative. I was a bit shocked at the amount did not cover but then found out a Tankless water heater was our best option. He did a clean job and knew the product well. I was very happy with the finished product. I have referred them a few times and will use them again .
