We have had HJack's out to both our home and business for furnace and a/c replacement and maintenance. We used them the first time because they were the first company able to respond when we had an emergency issue with our furnace. Their prompt, professional, and well-priced service ensured that they are always our first call now!

Smylie One did a full install of a new AC unit and new furnace. The team was here for two days. They were clean, courteous, and professional. One of the guys even stayed late to make sure our AC was running before he left for the night (prior to the job being completed.)

We went with Smylie because they were straight with us when it came to prices and the project. Other companies tried to sell us packages or things we didn't need. Their quote fell middle tier to the three we received.

They are busy! It took about 4 weeks for install.

My toilet was backed up really bad. I searched for a company based on ratings. I called H Jack’s plumbing and within an hour Austin showed up. He took me on the journey as he fixed my toilet, he was friendly, professional and a genuine man to deal with. He gave me three different estimates based on the work he may have to do. I appreciated that because I was not left in suspense as he diagnosed my bathroom issues. Austin got to the root of the problem he fixed my toilet in a timely manner, then he sit down and educated me and my husband on what the issue was. He also gave us a list of other services that they offer. We felt the price he charged was fair for the great service that was provided.

Brian was prompt and arrived just when he said he would. He and his partner were very polite and understanding during the entire repair job. He only charged me for the service call, but managed to get the furnace running for me, and explained exactly what was wrong and what would eventually need repaired/replaced. He additionally ensured my space heater was operable even though that was not part of the service call. He went above and beyond for me--providing outstanding service for a very reasonable fee. Although we cannot move forward right now with the services that Gorjanc provides, we were impressed with Technician Pete. He was very personable & professional in explaining all the services, options that were available & what timing would be for install, etc. We were also impressed with this product that offers nice heating & cooling options for your home.
