The company quickly identified our furnace issue and resolved the problem. This happened on the weekend. I was able to get in contact with a serviceman who was at out home within 30 minutes. We just bought a new house and knew the AC just wasn't working right. We had a few companies come out and give us quotes, most of them showed up hours late, took one look at the AC unit and said Meh, its probably too small. I would go this size or even this size. Smiley showed up on time, with shoe covers and a mask, sat down with us and asked us what our needs were and how we use the air. Asked us about the house, went room to room with us to see all the vents and then checked out all what they were dealing with. They told us what size we needed and why. Everythjng was thorough and made sense to us. Not to mention they are hands down the best value! Then on install day, Steve worked so hard to make sure everything was done and done right. He was just the nicest, most hardworking guy and a pleasure to have in our home. We will use them for ALL of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs moving forward!

Second time experience with this company. We contacted them with water backing up by the washing machine floor drain. The office staff took all the necessary information concerning our problem and went to work on getting help sent out to our house. They were able to send technicians out the same afternoon. Michael and Dan did a great job in finding the blockage and freeing up the drain line.We were very pleased with their work, and would not hesitate them to call WyattWorks in the future for plumbing issues.This company also honors those who serve by offering military / veterans discounts.

Had our clay pipes replaced from the house to the sidewalk approximately 6-7 years ago. In Spring 2020, our mainline backed up again. I called them to repair and the technician told us we were out of warranty (work done over five years ago) and it was going to cost us the full price to repair. I was unhappy with this, so I got in touch with Jason, who offered to work with us on the pricing since the repair failed. While working things out with Jason, I found my original paperwork, which demonstrated the work had a 10 year warranty. After being provided with this information, Jason honored the warranty and completed the repairs for free. We added some additional work to be done at the time and the price was competitive. They showed up on the date scheduled and on time.

Our Technician, Chris, did a fantastic job.
Our water heater failed and leaked all over our basement. While other companies couldn’t come out for days to weeks, Pompeii had their technician, Chris come out the next day when I called that morning after the leak (no emergency charge) . He was up front, knowledgeable, respectful, and let me choose what I thought was best for our situation with no pressure to upsell equipment if I didn’t see fit. The fact that we only had to go 24hrs without hot water is a win. I’d certainly recommend the technician and company for your needs.

In a city where it's impossible to recommend anybody, from personal experience I can recommend Cleveland Plumbing Guy for any of your AC servicing needs. I met a tech today and he was installing my brand new AC system the following Monday. Also important to mention the quality of the machine & price he quoted me was by far better than any of the other two companies I had called for estimates. I’m new to the area and was directed to mcphillips plumbing and heating threw a co-worker .Worst customer service and horrible Dispatch skills , Heating dispatcher Diane was very rude when I FINALLY got in contact !
Called for service she did not return my call .I called the plumbing dispatch and was transferred
Diane stated she was busy and sometimes calls get missed ( WHAT ) and advised I just tried calling back rather than expect a return phone call from her .I explained my issue and she told me no one was available for about 2 months they had real emergencies they need to take care of first ! Needless to say I will NOT be using their services , I say get rid DIANE bad representation for this company !

Al hornyak is very unprofessional,and all the units in that property is infested with roaches and bed bugs do not rent from this guy he is the TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LANDLORD
