Excellent and efficient

The plumber arrived on time, and was courteous the entire time he was here. Before beginning, he studied the problem, proposed two solutions, and promised to try the least expensive first. Fortunately, the first was sufficient. He completed the job is a surprisingly short amount of time, and the final bill was exactly what he quoted. I was very pleased with the service, and WyattWorks is now first on my list of plumbers.

Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

Mike came out and did a great job finding our problem and fixing it. He was professional, friendly, and kept us updated frequently as to what was happening, what needed to happen, and how much it would cost. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

**Added 9/13/2021 Mike came out with another gentleman whose name I didn't get. They worked quickly, constantly updated me on progress and exactly what was being done and why. We feel absolutely comfortable with the work Mike has done for us in the past. You won't find a plumber who is more honest, skilled, and hardworking. I'll hire him every time I need any more plumbing work.

Found this company on Google and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. The AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC Company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!

As you can see from the services listed, Brian has done a lot of work for us. First and foremost Brian does excellent work with reasonable pricing . We’ve had a few semi emergencies and Brian has always made us a priority and fit us into his busy schedule . Brian always arrives when he says he will which is important when working from home with busy meeting schedules . Lastly , Brian is a great guy . My wife and I really enjoy talking with Brian when he’s here and have 100 trust in him . A lot of factors go into choosing a contractor and Brian checks all the boxes .

Even though I had a minor issue they fixed it right away and went as far to send out management to meet me. Thanks Neptune! You guys rock!!!

I called Action Plumbing because our hot water tank was leaking. Jim came out the same day and took care of replacing the tank, gas line extensions, valves etc. He did a great job! We have used Action Plumbing several times about a year ago. Steve and Rocco replaced kitchen, bathroom and basement faucets and pipes. Replaced the main shut off valves among several other things. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with their excellent service. They are the only plumbers we use.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

I highly recommend Approved Plumbing Co. I recently had them install a new water tank and upgrade the plumbing for it to code. Russ and Michael did an excellent job. They were professional and polite the entire time they were in my home. They were helpful in answering all my question. Laura was an asset in getting the appointment initiated and the technicians to my house. I will absolutely call on them again.

They were able to come out the same day and fix the leak we had under our sink. Excellent work for a very fair price, I would recommend using them

Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

Highly recommended using this company! We live out of state and they walked us through different options of repairing our shower and executed at the best price we could find!
