I normally don't go out of my to write reviews on Google but I was very impressed with the job they did. Service was very prompt and they installed our new water heater at a great price!
I had a shower with low hot water pressure. After calling a plumber who couldn't find the problem come out I decided to give Action Plumbing a call because of the excellent reviews. Steve and Rocco came out and inside of 15 minutes found the problem. They also found a problem with the hot water tank that was a disaster waiting to happen. Steve and Rocco repaired the shower and replaced the the hot water tank. Now every thing works better than ever and is up to code. These guys are professional, honest, friendly and experienced. If your looking for a plumber save your time doing online searches and just call Action Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the service they provided. I had some roots in my sewer drain causing my basement to back up. Action Plumbing came out and did a camera inspection and then cleared the line. I think this was the most value I've ever gotten out of a camera inspection. After the pipe was cleared, the plumber showed me the full camera inspection. He identified some issues that may crop up in the future, and gave some advice on how to take care of my pipes and slow the root growth.
Jim is the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough, & responsive services professional we have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of his craft & his attention to detail well exceed what we expected. He took great care in leaving the plumbing, fixtures, & bathroom in general better than he found it. A + work.
Best service ever! The day before Thanksgiving my hot water heater failed. I had a houseful of out of town relatives and no hot water. I called action plumbing and they were out within the hour to install a new tank. Steve was knowledgeable about his craft and gave me all my options making me very comfortable so I could make the best decision for myself. Probably the best plumbing experience I have ever had!

Steve and his assistant Rocco came out and did an exceptional and punctual job of cleaning out a VERY clogged pipe coming off of my kitchen sink. Steve was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and was also very responsive in answering questions regarding some other, minor issues I have been having. Action is the only plumbing company that I would consider calling in the future. 5 stars for sure!

Rocco ended up sick and couldn't make it but he got Steve to fit me into his busy schedule. Steve was the best! Tenant upstairs had a toilet leaking and destroyed my bathroom ceiling. Steve shut off his toilet and told him not to use it till it gets fixed and double checked the pipes above my ceiling to make sure nothing else was leaking and then he put a makeshit cover over what he had to tear out ceiling wise till i can get it repaired and even cleaned up the mess as best he could. Both these guys get 5 stars in my book! Rocco for making sure someone could still come out and Steve for probably putting in a super long day just to fit me in and both for being super nice!!! Thank you both so much!!!!
I have a townhouse and 2 rental units and I wouldn't think about using any other plumbers. Action plumbing is always honest, fair and dependable. I recently had a hot water heater. break on a Friday night in one of the rental units. Water was pouring out of the closet and I was in Florida. I called Action. Keith got there quickly, stabilized the situation and was able to get my tenant water until he could make it back the next day to replace the heater.
The installation the next day was seamless. As always the work was of the highest quality delivered professionally and with fair pricing..Keith and all of the guys at Action Plumbing are a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give 10 stars I would. He came within an hour and spent a lot of time finding the issue. Fixing it and they are the one and only we will recommend
Don and Dave from Action Plumbing are our heroes! We called Action Plumbing to complete a very complicated job that another plumber messed up, leaving us without hot water. Action sent Don and Dave out that same day, and after a thorough evaluation, they quoted us a price to finish the job properly, explaining what they planned to do and the potential pitfalls that could complicate it. They came back the next day and performed the necessary repairs in an absolutely professional manner. They worked well as a team and are clearly highly qualified. After that incident, I would trust them with any plumbing problem in my house.
Had Steve and crew do a water tank flush and a new pressure valve installed. Steve also discovered the water pressure was up at 130 psi and readjusted it to 70 psi. After all was said and done, everything is back to normal. With technicians like Steve and his crew, I would recommend Action Plumbing.
Jim is great to work with. He has done most of the plumbing in our house, and his work is excellent. In this case we were looking to replace an 18 yr old hot water tank. Jim explained all the angles very thoroughly, and saved us a lot of money… all while getting us the right water heater. We are very happy working with him and continue to highly recommend.

Jim is very knowledgeable, professional and worth every penny. I've been calling Action for years when I need work done and they never fail to exceed my expectations. I've had frozen pipes thawed, fixtures repaired and a burst pipe repaired. The only plumbers number I keep and recommend is Action!
We called them to change the main shut off valve initially. Steve noticed our water heater was likely going to die in 2 months. Which we knew it was leaking and apparently a neighbor had hers die within the last couple months. He could have not told us and come in later for a more expensive repair . So we decided to go ahead with that repair as well. He was available pretty quickly to do it, he always wore a mask. We really appreciated that. He moved all the pipes we wanted to increase space and he installed the filter we wanted . We noticed a gas smell and he came back that day to make sure everything was sealed. The plumber knew his stuff and he did hours of work hooking everything up. I highly recommend this business.

We have had Steve and Rocko from Action Plumbing come to our house 3 different times for various plumbing repairs for our home that we bought last year. This included a new water heater, replacing the garbage disposal, replacing the sink drains, rebuilding or installing new toilets, and installing a new laundry tub. They were so helpful every time and very thorough with the work! Steve is very knowledgeable and always explained what work was being done, why it was needed, and took before pictures to show what things looked like. They were both very thorough, did great job with all these updates, and we really appreciate all the work they did to make sure it was done right! We would highly recommend them for any plumbing services and plan to continue using them for some upcoming bathroom remodels!

I called in the morning about a leaky valve on my toilet and I received a call back within an hour. They said they could either come out later in the day or no later than the following day. Later in the day I received a call from Jeff and he showed up 20 minutes later for the repair. He was very prompt, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Great Job Jeff and Action Plumbing!

Action Plumbing is our hero! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jim and his team. We called Jim a few months back to assist with a problem we were having in our half bath. Because of our positive experience this past fall, we reached out when an issue arose again. We highly valued his honesty, thoroughness, and expertise and knew he could help us solve the problem and get the job done, right!
When we contacted Jim, we had identified an odd smell in our home that was coming from somewhere in our laundry room. It would come and go and was really hard to pinpoint. Jim took the time to discuss the problem, listen to past history and our concerns and walk around our entire home to better address the issue. Because of Jim’s thoroughness, we were able to identify and fix the issue.

I called Action Plumbing because our hot water tank was leaking. Jim came out the same day and took care of replacing the tank, gas line extensions, valves etc. He did a great job! We have used Action Plumbing several times about a year ago. Steve and Rocco replaced kitchen, bathroom and basement faucets and pipes. Replaced the main shut off valves among several other things. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with their excellent service. They are the only plumbers we use.
Would give 6 stars if I could. Jim the owner came out personally to quote a new hot water tank and not only gave a great price but a thorough explanation of some of previous owners DIY install issues. Due to this he again came out to do the install and help solve two other issues we discovered with drainage in my basement.
I absolutely recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. His experience and knowledge is unsurpassed! I know I’ll be using Action Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber with reasonable rates and a great eye for detail, look no further. Jim was able to help us out with an emergency fix to our water heater pressure expansion tank a few months ago. We were impressed with his professionalism and integrity, so when it was time to replace the water heater, he was our only call. It’s such a relief to be working with someone we know we can trust to do a great job!
Steve from Action Plumbing was amazing. He was prompt, communicated well, and did high quality work. Will definitely be only using Action Plumbing from now on!

I called yesterday late afternoon, and Steve arrived the next morning. He kept me updated when he was going to arrive. I had a shower leak. He fixed the leak and noticed my main shut off was leaking. He replaced two values in the basement since one was leaking and the second one didn't turn. I highly recommend Action Plumbing.

Steve and Rocky are amazing plumbers. They look at the whole system when addressing an issue and they are very clear when explaining the problem and solution. We had multiple breaks in our sewer piping under the garage and in our yard. They were able to take care of us in a very professional manner. Now we call them with any plumbing need we may have because we trust them so much! Great guys and very good at what they do.
We bought this place last year and we are catching up on overdue maintenance. We called Action Plumbing the first time back in February 2020 when we had water leaking through the ceiling from the upper level. They sent Steve out and he was very helpful. He showed us that the problem was water coming through bad grout in the shower, not a leaky drain like we thought. While looking to see where the water was coming down, he also noticed a water stain inside a closet, which turned out to be another leaking pipe. He fixed the leak that day, but we decided to put off repairing the shower wall until we do a full bathroom remodel. While on-site, we also asked Steve to look at some other plumbing issues and give us estimates for repairs. Steve reminded us to contact our home warranty provider, which we’d completely forgotten about. That helped us take care of some projects sooner than we might have -- and we called Steve at Action Plumbing for those, too. I would not hesitate to recommend this guy.

I have had two EXCEPTIONALLY great visits from Action Plumbing - both with same-day service (one was actually same-hour!!) Both times Steve took the time to carefully explain to me everything that he was doing and the repairs were made quickly and correctly. Truth be told, I've never used another plumbing service to compare against, but based on my dealings with Steve and Action Plumbing, I feel 100% confident that I'm working with the best in the business. I had Jim from action plumbing over to help clear out our main 3.5inch basement waste pipe. He went above and beyond our expectations by not only doing the job we called him for, but also helped us with a smaller problem we've been having. Thank you Jim, we'll be calling you back next time. I almost called one of the big rooter companies, I'm glad I didn't.
My husband was installing, for the first time, a new Tub/Shower in one of our bathrooms, but when it comes to plumbing - call the guy. So, I called Action Plumbing to do the plumbing rework for a new Tub/Shower. Steve, the Plumber & his associate were professional, on time, honest, careful about tracking in the dirt (using their booties) & very nice! They did a great job and were so helpful to my husband in his next steps at continuing to do the install. A couple days later we had a small glitch when putting in the wall with the faucets, so we called Steve. He was out the next business day and helped us out again! I am so glad we called Action Plumbing. We will call them again for sure. Thanks!

Called in the morning when we discovered our kitchen sink was backed up. Jim called back quickly and let us know that he could squeeze us in later in the day. He called when he was on the way. He assessed our situation and gave us a quote. He stayed until the job was done! He fixed the problem and also installed a new garbage disposal and replumbed the pipes under the sink. His work was neat and exact. He cleaned up after himself, making sure everything was dry and there were no leaks. I could use the word meticulous! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Action Plumbing has done all of the plumbing work in my place for the past three years. This included replacing my dated water tank and also fixing many mistakes that I've made. They pay extreme attention to detail, perform very high quality (doesn't require rework) work, and are available pretty much all the time.

Called to install gas line from basement to kitchen, Steve and Rocco did fantastic work! We knew they would. Over the years Jim has come out to replace pipes and do other jobs and It’s always been a pleasant experience with great results. It’s wonderful that Jim’s standard for excellence shows in the people he hires to represent his family business. We live in 95 year old home with lathe and paster ceilings in multiple rooms in basement so it was no easy job, but Steve skillfully figured out the best way to run the line through 3 rooms up to the kitchen and he kept me informed throughout the process. Cutting through the ceiling created a lot of dust during the installation but you’d never know it when they were done. They cleaned it all up! I highly recommend this company. Im looking forward to having Steve and Rocco for our next project -basement shower.

Our bathtub was not draining properly. Initially we contacted Roto Rooter who attempted to snake the drain and was unable to unclog it. They then wanted to do a $2000 service of cutting the ceiling out to replace a pipe.
Keith came out and he was able to snake the drain and was done in less than an hour. Not only did Keith save us over $1,800, but he was fast and professional as well. Will be using Action Plumbing for all of our maintenance needs in the future!
Jim gave me an estimate over the phone from the info & pics I provided, then came within 24hrs to do the repair. Very courteous to my 94yr old mom, professional, and explained everything he did. His work was excellent, and the bath & basement were cleaner than before he came. I highly recommend him!

This company was highly recommended by my sister - I'm glad I listened. Jim was friendly and professional, and calm. The main water shut off in our basement didn't work and water pressure was far too high. He fixed both issues quickly. Very communicative, and truly a good company to do business with. Thank you!
On a Tuesday late afternoon, our hot water tank and drain pan had leaked into the bathroom below. We didn’t notice the leak until the ceiling was like raining water. The bathroom is in a back room behind then salon. We called Action Plumbing and they were able to come out by next morning at 8:00 am. They had the hot water on by 1:00 pm, and we were back to business as usual.
Action Plumbing was also concerned about safety ,which I am extemely thankful. They secured the tank, so if the first safety measure breaks there is a backup. This is important due to the of location and weight of tank a above a bathroom. Action Plumbing is prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and kind. Highly recommend!!!
