When you need a plumber, you don’t need one in two days, you need one right now. Plumbing 911 responded late at night, and sent a plumber promptly at 8 AM. The plumber was a Mr. Ledger. He has a 25 year excellent record, and is a master plumber. He identified the problem right away, and had it fixed within two hours. I can’t say the price was a bargain! But I can say that it was about $50 less than quotes I received from other plumbers who were not able to come until tomorrow. He was friendly and accommodating.

Dan was there for us when we needed him! He is professional, courteous and did high quality work! We highly recommend him!!

After coming home from the holidays to a bursted pipe, John walked me through turning off my water and came out the next day and fixed the problem. Super thankful that during this stressful time they made this super easy!

The handle that turns on the water outside broke and Justin came in and replaced handles that control front and back outside faucets. He was professional and I thought the cost was fair.

This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

After researching many plumbers for my sump pump I decided Pompeii's was the best for my needs. They followed up with lots of information to help me make a decision and get my sale. Where they failed is in the way of service once I gave them the business. This, in my opinion is the larger measure of a good company. One that is there when things don't go so well…not one that over delivers during the sale.

On March 15 my basement suffered water damage as a result of a poorly secured gasket during their install. The tech apparently didn’t secure the gasket tight enough and water began to shoot out all over the dry wall, carpeting and door. Thankfully we were home to minimize the damage. While someone did come out from Pompeii to secure it, I got ZERO follow-up from management. No phone call or even letter of apology. No one acknowledged my damaged and warped door or my soggy carpeting or my soiled dry wall. I didn’t expect much, though some communication from management would have been nice. Particularly since I was told I’d hear back in a couple of days. They simply swept my situation under the rug and ignored it. Mistakes happen! I understand that! Though when they do a good company addresses them.

Kind of expensive just to unclog a drain, $415. They wanted to use a camera to check the heating ducts for a sewer/gray water line link and charge an extra (discounted rate) of $485. The HVAC company who did my furnace inspection, filter replacement, and used a camera to look into 3 of my heating ducts for the same reason was a total of $195. Not sure how or why Roto-Rooter charges $485 to scope one duct. The drain in the kitchen clears great now and based on quoted prices, they're about average to slightly higher than other services cost-wise. The plumber was thorough in explaining everything and trying to diagnose the problem the best he could considering I have old, terracotta heating vents (never heard of or seen before) but the price to just scope it and not actually fix the problem was way too high.

Nick came right away and took care of our problem with the toilet leaking then looked at the shower we were having problems with. He found the problem, ordered the part and returned two days later to fix it. I was very relieved as my husband is no longer able to do these kinds of things that were simple for him at one time.
