Dennis did an excellent job snaking a camera through the underground downspout drains, and discovered some rocks that were blocking the drain. It's helpful that the homeowner can clearly see the blockage right there on the Plumbing Source camera.

I was having water hammer in my house when I flushed my toilet or used the bathroom sinks, John came out and was really nice and professional he recommended replacing my pressure reducing valve & putting a expansion tank on my hot water tank. The water hammer was still there so next he added arrestors to my pipes after that water hammer still there so next they wanted to cut open my basement ceiling to clamp down my pipes. A week ago I had my hot water tank replaced by a master plumber, he heard my water hammer noise and knew right away it was from my shower cartridge valve & balancer. I think killeen is a good company just not experience enough.

Unlike most techs, he is not only came prepared with a solution, but when diagnosed a different issue. He did not make it into a larger problem, just fixed it and was in and out in less than an hour.
