They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain it going forward. They also masked, wore shoe covers, and left the workspace clean. I had someone come out for a free estimate but didn't have any work done and told them my drain was clogged and that as the water was slowly going down I the plunger and tried plugging the drain was told that if I get some nasty looking water and gunk coming up then I'm loosing the clog and that to keep doing it.
