Ken Sapp Plumbing

Used Ken Sapp Plumbing to replace a bathroom faucet. I thought they were coming to look at the job but once here, decided to just go ahead and replace it. I was very happy as it was my only shower. Also, it was done at a very reasonable price. Thank you Ken, I'll definitely call you when I have another plumbing issue.

On the night of 7/20/23 we had a heavy rainfall come through, and it was at that time my sump pump decided to quit on me. Needless to say my bacement started to collect a very good amount of water. After doing the clean up and giving myself some time to process it, I called Big Creek Plumbing and they informed me that they were backed up, so they kindly referred me to Ken, and let me tell you not only did he respond in a very timely manner, he was also able to fit me into his already busy schedule for that day. They came out and not only assessed the problem but swapped out my sump pump at that moment. I WILL be using them again in the future.

Our sub pump was not working properly, needed new one. I called Ken Sapp Plumbing. His team showed up in few hours and they were very professional and courteous, did great job. Price was very fair. I will highly recommend Ken Sapp Plumbing.

The company's very honest and good work!

Called for broken pipe going to my washing machine. Ken was able to come out right away and they replaced the broken pipe and installed new valves very quickly. Price was very fair. They did a great job and I would use them again! Thank You So Much!

I was having very slow draining in my bathroom so I called Big Creek Plumbing, whom has been fantastic in my smaller plumbing needs. They unfortunately were booked out but recommended Ken as an alternative.
Ken and his team were great. He initially recommended that I call the city to snake the lines from the street, which I did and if it worked would have saved me money and lost him buisness.
When that failed Ken and his team came out early the next day and fixed my issues while being professional throughout. Great experience all things considered.
While I hope to never have to call him again I won't hesitate to do so if needed.

Edit: bumping up from four to five stars. They called me back within a day or two of my original review, and explained they had been backed up with some big jobs (reasonable, they're a small operation). They quoted me about 35% of what a competitor had quoted me for my remaining work, and did a fine and fast job of it. I'm not going anywhere else as long as long as Ken Sapp is an option.

Good work, poor communication.
I first used the for on their website to submit a request, and never heard back. Since I had a personal referral, I decided to reach out again and called.
Ken came out for a free consult, and we scheduled a water heater installation plus replacement of an inset floor drain with a removable piece. (I believe snaking the drain was included.)
He sent out a couple workers to do the job. They were done in a few hours, and the job seemed fine. I called and gave him my credit card info to complete the bill.
I also had some work on a kitchen sink for tenants. I let him know they'd be calling, but they weren't able to reach him. I tried calling back myself after, and never got a call back after leaving voicemail.
Apart from the communication issues, I'd readily recommend them.
