I requested a quote for my furnace replacement and Kurt reached out to me to set up an appointment. The appointment was for Monday the 25th of October between 10:30 and 1:30. I took off of work in order to be available for this appointment and when 1:30 came and went, I called back. Call went to voicemail so I left a message. Literally no call back. No follow up. This is absolutely ridiculous. When the only number I was able to use was for a guy named Kurt with no business name in the voicemail box and a personal email address, I should've been leery. But many contractors are like that so I gave him a chance. Never again. I will be seeking my services elsewhere.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system, installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

Justine and Andrew just finished installing a check valve in my sewer system to prevent sewage backing into my home, thus protecting all my appliances, property and making my home owners insurance cheaper. Justine is professional and a straight shooter and his apprentice Andrew was very polite and respectful and I can tell a very hard worker and open minded to learn from the master. Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful.
