I had the furnace fixed previously for the same problem by another company but it occasionally would just quit working. They came out, diagnosed & repaired it & it’s been working ever since.

Contractor came out seemed to be professional and thorough. However gave me the invoice for quote and when I looked at the invoice it was completely blank..Contractor gave me verbal quote, but when I called company back next day to get the quote and correct invoice, Somehow they could nor find the Contractor or the quote, nor could they identify who came out ...SHADY

CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system, installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

My General Electric furnace/air conditioner stopped cooling the house on Friday July 3. I called a number of repair shops including personal friends. Initially my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday past the holiday weekend. Much to my surprise, Jerry of My Guys was able to come on Friday afternoon and take care of my problem. Upon arrival, I told him the problem and headed for the air cooling compressor in the back yard. He removed the back panel and pulled out a part and replaced it. He identified another part that was a candidate for replacement, asked if I wanted that part replaced, and replaced it. He put the back panel on. I paid him and he left. He did not even enter the house.

I was totally impressed with his professionalism, his problem diagnostic ability and resolution, his confidence and just getting the job done. Kudos to Jerry and to My Guys for showing up early and fixing the problem in an expedient manner. You guys (and gals) are one heck of a team. THANK YOU!!

We needed a new furnace, we called Gorjanc (previously Donnelly), set up an appointment for a Rep. to come out for an estimate. Kevin arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable, he talked to us about what we wanted, needed and explained the whole process. He then looked around the upstairs, the basement and checked out the furnace. He then took a little time did the math to figure out the size of the furnace needed. He told us that the furnace we had was way to big for the square footage of the house. He quoted us a price for the new furnace and humidifier and it was very reasonable. The next day the office called to set up installation. We had 4 installers come to the house all arrived as scheduled, spread runners down throughout the house and proceeded to get busy, all 4 again, very polite and knowledgeable. After installation was completed, they went over everything we needed to know about the install. The thermostat runs on our wifi, if cold outside and we are away we can up the thermostat from the car. Again, everyone was courteous and polite, would definitely recommend the Gorjanc Company.

Called Herb's after calling others, they came out same day, fixed my clogged drain and cleaned up after they were done.

Parma Plumber came out because we were having an ongoing issue with our sewer line. A sewer camera inspection showed several breaks in the line. Surprisingly, instead of just insisting that we dig right away, they layed out all of our options, and how effective each one would be in the long run. They seemed genuinely concerned with how intrusive to our property each option would be. We decided to go with the trenchlesss sewer repair, because we just had our driveway cemented last year and we didn't want to have to break it back up. They did a great job at a good price. Very professional, and honest. Would recommended.
