Best Water Treatment in Cincinnati OH
I noticed i did not have any heat on Saturday morning because my thermostat was bad. My house was 54°. I went out and boughtanother thermostat and hooked it up myself. The thermostat wouldnt connect. So i called Thomas and Galbraith to come over and connect my thermostat. The technician call me back to inform me that before he come, he wanted me to know that not only would it cost 99$ for the service call, it would also cost 49$ for the emergency weekend call. I was fine with that. But here's there kicker....mam we charge 714$ to connect the thermostat. Smdh....I informed him that I already installed the thermostat. I only needed him to connect the C wire inside the furnace. Good thing I know when someone is trying to get over....Will NEVER call this company again. I ended up calling another honest company who not only connected the C wire inside the furnace, but also programmed the thermostat for less than the service call fee. Took him 3 minutes and he was out the door....Shame on Thomas and Galbraith.

Our service call was scheduled for a Friday, but they had an opening on Thursday evening we were able to take advantage of. The drains were unclogged speedy quick, & the plumber gave us additional information on how to prevent more clogs moving forward.

Elliott Hanes installed a brand new full water filtration and softening system in an afternoon - after our old one sprung a leak and cut off the water to our house for over a day. He was extremely efficient, professional, personable, meticulous and skilled. The results are amazing. Couldn’t be happier.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional, clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Called RotoRooter for several indoor plumbing repairs. Technician Steve (1188) completed the work quickly and efficiently. Special note on Steve's skills in working with the customer's questions- professional and pleasant from start to finish. Good guy.RotoRooter might be a bit higher than average with their pricing, based on our casual comparison. We've been using them over the past several years because, in the balance, they provide consistent, responsive and reliably good service.Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.
Additionally, Bill, Jordan, and two others (I unfortunately forgot their names), did an incredible job on our master shower and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Pumbling.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!
He did a great job!

First Visit:
Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem. The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved. And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.
We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.
I would like my money back $480.00

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.
She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.
This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
I told my mother to never call this man again and to warn her friends as well.

Neiheisel plumbing exceeded all of my expectations! I recently called them about an issue with 2 of our toilets. They came to my house promptly and diagnosed/fixed the issue in under an hour. Extremely friendly guys as well. Anytime in the past that I’ve needed work done on anything in my home, it is stressful, but the Neiheisel team made this experience quick and easy! I would highly recommend their services! If I ever have plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to call them!
