Best Water Main Repairs in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

For starters, I had to contact the company on three different occasions to get with someone to schedule an appointment. Next, the technician sent to my house literally said he wasn’t knowledgeable enough to provide me with a quote and then departed. Why send someone who can’t even quote the requested service? That was a waste of my time. I was supposed to be called to schedule another technician to come out, but that never happened. A frustrating experience overall.Update: Tech showed up this morning to provide a quote. I had no idea anyone was coming, but at least the ball is rolling. I've updated the review score a bit for now.

What a great experience . . . honest, trustworthy, and fair pricing. Called for an appointment to have Halpin repair an old shower diverter. An hour later, AJ was at my house and thoroughly explained the best approach for the repair and why. He was very straightforward and got to the business at hand and had things wrapped up in no time. I happily paid him for solving THE problem and for not trying to direct me to other unnecessary add-on services. So nice to have a trusted plumber for my sixty year old house.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Ryan arrived promptly at 8:30am and walked through the inspection with us. He gave us many options with different price points and after we decided what work we wanted done, told us he could do it same-day! Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end.
