A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

I have had this company fix two issues in both sinks and an issue with our water heater. They also have plans where you can have scheduled maintenance twice per year to service and check AC and the water heater. I have had about 4 different people arrive for the different services we have requested or needed and each individual was very professional, kind, and informative about what they were doing. No one tried pushing deals or unnecessary products on us. I will continue to go through this company for our needs.

Had a season spring clog in my downspout. Chris showed up on time, communicated the task and repair and made it happen. Great tech, great company.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Great experience and fair price for the work done.

The plumber who corrected our problem was efficient, thorough, courteous, and professional. He had to turn off the water main to the building and open exterior spouts to drain. Then he had to work on pipes through a relatively small opening in the ceiling. He completed an excellent repair: replaced the main water valve, cleaned the pressure valve, cleaned pipes to the water heater, and restored our water supply.

RUSTY G. was tremendous in helping our facility with a time sensitive matter. Not only did we get an extensive walkthrough of our problem, but the speed and efficiency at which it was corrected was very impressive. Identifying problems to watch in the future, and maintenance plan to follow was something I didn’t expect him to take the time to explain. Very knowledgeable and courteous and is a must repeat call for all future needs. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know that doesn’t want to waste the time on plumbers looking for a “Quick Grab/No Solution”...which is what we had before Rusty showed up. Won’t be using anyone else. THANKS RUSTY for keeping us in business with no down time!!!

Woke up to no heat service man arrived quickly and took care of our problem. Great service, great company.

Darrel and Team at Halpin Plumbing were AWESOME! Always arrived on time ready to go and were 100% professional...but also cut straight to the chase without the fluff.

We went with Halpin for three reasons:
1) My father-in-law has and continues to use them for regular plumbing work.
2) Their price was competitive to other quotes we received to jet some roots growing in our pipe as well as complete a sewer lining.
3) Darrel and Team knows their stuff.

From the beginning, we were impressed by Darrel's professionalism while being a personable, down to earth plumber with a shared normal sense of humor. Darrel scoped the work, and identified some key areas that ended up saving us cost as well as disruption to the property (other plumbers were going to make a 2x3 foot hole in the ground and Darrel found a simple fix by breaking the ground with a 4-inch diameter hole)!

Darrel also went above and beyond the call of duty at his initial visit. I asked him about the water pressure in our house and he just jumped in and fixed it without charging. I asked him about a previous owner's DIY 'hidden' secret with a faucet, and he identified the root problem as well as provided a fix that I can do. Basically, I trust Darrel to do any plumbing work (I am a hard sell because I am a perfectionist). Will definitely call Halpin and ask for Darrel on any future work, because I know the work will get done and it will be done right!

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .
