Overall review - premium pricing for substandard workmanship.I choose Thomas & Galbraith because of their 4.7 and 4.5-star reviews on several review pages. I had a wobbly toilet. I removed the toilet bowl and decided this was beyond my do-it-yourself ability.Customer service was good. The tech called and showed up on-time.The cost to replace the flange, wax ring, the water service, and reset the toilet was $698.After checking several websites, I discovered the average cost for this repair is around $250.Additionally, the tech couldn't provide bolt covers for the bolts securing the toilet to the flange, saying they were supposed to come with the toilet. This seems rather silly to tell me this when I know I can purchase a couple of toilet bolt caps for a few dollars at any hardware store.After the installation, the tech caulked the toilet to the tile floor in a sloppy manner, and I had to ask him to cut off the top of the toilet bolt screws.Thomas & Galbraith seems to have a systematic approach to charging two to three times the national average for repairs.

Technician was professional and personable. Provided excellent service and helped with SD1 to get the issue resolved as soon as possible with as few headaches as possible.

Drain lines added for kitchen reno and new laundry room. Quality work. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling RT.

Great prompt service

Tyler was super professional given the current Covid situation. He was able to clear and test our clog and put a cleanout in very quickly. He was also willing to talk me through why we were doing it the way we were, and how that would help in the future. Couldn't be happier.

My involvement with Schneller Knochelmann has always been an extremely good one. Today's service exceeded my expectations totally. My Technician named Caleb S. arrived actually early and as he was aware of my late arrival back home he proceeded to start my service work on my HVAC Unit outside. This resulted in his service time inside the house was kept to a minimum.Caleb was extremely professional, cared about my house interior by wearing shoe coverings, and provided me a clear concise report on the status of my unit. It was a real pleasure to have him perform my service work today!!!I honestly wish that all of the Service Technicians that have come to my home in the past few months had been as professional and yet friendly and cared about my property just like it was their own as Caleb did today.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

I have used Holthaus plumbing a number of times . Each time they are responsive and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
