Best Water Heater Drain in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Fast and did a great job

Our technician Dustin was very responsive to our needs. We replaced a 20+ year old water heater with a new tankless water heater. Dustin explained everything very thoroughly and hot water is delivered to our tap faster now than we experienced in the past. We are very pleased.

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
