We purchased a new refrigerator with water ice maker in door but was having problems with the water line. Dillon came and figured out our issue. He was very professional and personable and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

Called and scheduled an appointment for AC not working and described what I thought the issue was as we’ve had a similar issue in the past. Worker called and asked if we could set up a ladder for him before he got there. Worker went into attic blew the lines clean with nitrogen and charged us $600 for an hour of work when similar outcomes have cost $200 in the past but if it had fixed the problem that would have been fine. Unfortunately it was not. They did not check the Freon levels or make sure the AC was in good working condition before they left. It was only blowing warm air and then froze up and powered off by that night. I called another company out Zimmer Heating and Cooling who I would recommend and they were appalled that they wouldn’t have at the very least checked the pressure levels and seen that there was a leak. It was a $600 hit and run from a company that cares only about profits. I called to complain and they said management would be in touch between 24-48 hours to discuss my displeasure so I waited to post this. 3 days later and still no word. Not surprising given my experience. I would avoid at all costs.

Ken was polite, on time, efficient, and explained what is causing the issue. He was even kind enough to leave the repair in a state where the water could be used until he finishes the fix tomorrow. Pricing seems fair too!
