The tech that came was very professional, he did an inspection and gave a fare quote then drove 45 minutes away to get the parts and when he got back had it fixed within an hour.

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

When RotoRooter lied and estimated an 8,000 job I called Plumbtite... they estimated 1,000 and even ended up being cheaper because they didn't have to replace a part they thought they would have too. John was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again for my plumbing needs!

I had a severe plumbing emergency. RotoRooter gave me a 4 hour window during which they would arrive. With only 20 minutes remaining in the arrival window a tech with zero customer service skills called to inform me that I needed to reschedule for another day. I could have had someone else come out and resolve the issue by now. Because you've wasted 4 hours of my time, now it's too late.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
