customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

We all know what it's like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that you'll get what you need. Don't do it and go to Noel's Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many days without any water in my house!

Bottom-line that I bought an old house and had to replace the valves in the old clawfoot tub. Valves for different types of faucets are notoriously hard to match and neither Ace nor Home Depot could begin to give me help. The old man at Home Depot said there's only one place for you to go and that's Noel's Plumbing Supply.

I went there showed them the part I needed, showed them a picture of the faucet I was dealing with and they handed me the part and I was on my way and now I just got done taking a shower and life is good.

The staff at Gil Ruehl was pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. From the appointment scheduling with Amber, to the technician Ron who performed the repairs, it was a positive experience. The work was done correctly with a bare minimum of disruption and the pricing was fair. It's such a relief to have my kitchen sink functional again and the basement water leaked stopped. Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Would hire BEST again. Very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, cleaned up their work.

Josh found the problem right away and although he could not fix it, he made sure to get a drain specialist out here within a couple of hours while other companies were telling me it would be two weeks or late next week before they could even look at it!

Great prompt service

Called in Apollo first and they couldn't unplug the drain (but still charged me). Suggested I spend thousands of dollars cutting the wall and pipe out.

Called Tarvin next. They got the job done.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
