Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

I had a specific problem finding the right part for my toilet repair, and the gentlemen at Noel's not only had the part in stock, but took the time to explain that I was looking for the wrong part for my problem. My HERO! Thank you!

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!

Professionals that do professional work. Not cheap and they don't do cheap work. You get what you pay for. I have hired them a few times and sometimes they aren't available for emergency work but other than that I would recommend them for any plumbing/electrical work.

One of their drivers was blocking traffic in the left lane on 275 this morning. Attritubing to traffic congestion!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
