customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

The guys did a full drain line replacement from cast iron to PVC. Job was quoted as expected and performed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.

The team was nicely dressed, equipment in good shape. The service appeared to be performed ok, but there is no photo evidence that was promised so I have no basis for a before/after comparison. The pressure was not fully maintained since the duct covers were not replaced as the job progressed. Also, the behavior was not what I would consider professional.

Drain lines added for kitchen reno and new laundry room. Quality work. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling RT.

My Roto Rooter Tech was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He arrived within a half hour of my phone call, determined the plumbing problem, got the needed part from his van and proceeded to fix the leak. This took place on Sunday and while looking Roto Rooter's phone number up on-line I noticed a coupon for $60 off. After I mentioned the coupon the Tech applied it to my bill which was greatly appreciated. I was very satisfied with the service and the end result.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Unbelievable service

I left an email Sunday, and Monday morning got a call from Andy. Our hot water heater was in need of repair. Andy was there in 30 minutes and found the problem, fixed it and found an additional issue to fix. I have used Holtmeier for over 40 years and always felt that the work was excellent and the people talented, honest and friendly.

The whole process was overwhelming and felt like a cash grab. We had a clogged drain, called to have someone come out and unclog it. Only 1 of the 5 people that came out actually had a snake and auger and was able to work on the drain. The cleanup was scoped much larger than necessary, wanted $1,500 right away, only to find out we had to pay the plumber another $400 separately and the person that ran the camera down the drain the next morning seemed upset that nothing under the ground was broken, but still tried to make us feel like we have to spend another $1,400 to get our line sprayed out. Overall it felt like a well rehearsed high pressure sales pitch. I called other plumbers afterwards, when time wasn’t an issue, and they told me to ignore the advice and add on work. I was happy with the plumber getting our pipe unclogged, and was ok paying the $400 for emergency work, but the rest made me feel taken advantage of.

Quick, on time, easy to work with. Did a great job and remained professional. Finished in the time frame he originally quoted.
