He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Downgraded this feedback due to the overpriced follow-on job that we asked for an estimate on.For the drain cleaning job, Joe was very personable and knowledgeable. Cleared some roots out of our toilet drain and discovered we will need further work due to a broken pipe in the ground.But, I was disappointed in the lack of follow-up in getting an estimate for the larger job. I didn't hear from them for a few days, so I contacted them to get it. Then, when they did send an estimate, it was thousands of dollars more than another plumber asked for.Seems they were making a small job into a big production and wanted us to pay for it. All we needed was the old drain removed, just outside of the foundation, then a new drain put in with a clean out, with less than 8 feet dug out.We went with someone else who was fast to respond and to come out to do the work. They did a great, professional job in a few hours.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

The builder for our new home had Neiman do all our plumbing work. There were some minor leak issues here and there but other than that everything was fine until one day our 3 month-old kitchen water line popped out overnight and flooded the entire kitchen and part of our basement. The response was pretty quick and solved most of the issue. People who came out to work on the issue were nice and apologetic. HOWEVER, it's going on 5 months since the water leak happened and there has been absolutely NO updates from Neiman on how the reimbursement for the damaged items from the flooding will be done. They didn't respond to my voice message so I had to follow up with them. Still no ETA on when this reimbursement will be processed. They are even resisting to pay for the extra electricity we had to pay to run fans in our basement for a week to dry it out. Oh and did I mention I didn't get a proper apology from the owners/management? Still waiting to hear back from them. I do NOT recommend this business.

Had a great experience with this company. They came out gave us a reasonable price for a clogged drain and we agreed. They immediately went to work and got us flowing again. Will recommend to my closest friends and family.
