Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I really appreciated the team approach and response I received from T&G to get our gas boiler and water heater back up and running. They had different team members out to my house given the age and setup of our system, and always arrived on time or early, always communicated ahead, and always left me with new information. I had an emergency situation on 10/14/2018 Sunday at 8pm. I called because they came up on Google search as 24/7. I had cut out a piece a pipe to were I removed a toiled. I ran to Home Depot got the parts. I grab the wrong fitting being in a rush. I got back and they was closed already. I had to get the water back on to this building so I called them because in no way could I not get it fixed. My regular plumber was out of town this weekend. They came out and it took them 30 minutes because I had the copper pipe for them they needed. $375.00 for that time. The guy was nice. But it is really sad that a company would take so much advantage of someone in a really bad situation. I know it's Sunday and 8pm but there is no reason for that kind of price. I was glad they came last minute, but I had no choice.

I tried to repair outdoor faucet myself but it was beyond what I could do. Eric from Plumb Tite did great work to replace it and provided excellent service.
