Jared was AMAZING!! We had a pipe burst in our wall Christmas Eve and he came as soon as he could. Got it all fixed very quickly and gave great advice on what to do next with the apartment complex. He was very friendly and explained everything for us!!

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

Had a gas pipe rerouted for remodeling. Was pleased with the work. The plumber(s) were friendly and performed the work well. Overall very pleased.

Great prompt service

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I had a customer with an emergency pipe burst late Saturday afternoon called Charles the owner, left him a voice mail. He responded back and called within minutes to get the details. This is a caring professional that also takes care of any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

The drain-clearing technicians were fine and responsive and are the only reason the review was this high. The clean up team less so. They needed to return 3 days later because the clog was not completely cleared. The first drain-clearing visit included clean up, the second did not. Communications by the clean up team was very poor including showing up unannounced for sign off. Their work was adequate.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
