I would not recommend Anderson Hills Plumbing. Nice people but there are not thorough. They used a toilet auger to try and fix a sewer line clog. So our clog was only temporarily fix. Second they charge my wife and I and extra 30 minutes for travel time.Which was never stated clearly in the phone. So after paying a good amount of money we are back to square one with our sewer line clogged.

We have used Knochelmann for many years and we always request the services of Rick Hubbard. He is THE BEST! He is the ultimate professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We couldn't ask for better expertise.Rick quickly diagnosed a part that needed replacing and ordered it today; he plans to receive and install the part tomorrow. In the meantime, he did all of the annual maintenance work on our steam heat/boiler system. We are completely satisfied customers. Thank you!

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

When my apartment and those above and below me suffered a complex series of blockages that resulted in our sinks backing up, he responded immediately and worked for hours to completely clear our pipes. He was confident and knowledgeable and completely addressed what was clearly a difficult problem.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

We eliminated galvanized water supply and changed it to Pex.

What an all around wonderful company! No fee estimates, professional, polite service representative and price for our service was 3 times lower than The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing estimate which I had to pay for. Gave the estimate and fixed our problems on the spot, what's not to love about all that!
