customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Once again I am impressed with Schnellers courtesy, professionalism and technical knowledge. Just had Chris out to the house For our regular maintenance. Schneller is not interested in finding a way to charge you more for their service but seems to be very interested in having their customers be satisfied.

After calling 3 other companies for a same day emergency service, i called 1 Tom Plumber and they were able to send one of their techs out that night. Cullen Griggs called on his way and arrived around 1am (you read that right) and got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and even recommended several things that would save me money. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company and use their service again.They will be my first call next time. Thanks for the great service!

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. Mark was great. Explained everything, was very quiet, cleaned everything up and you would never know he was there. He replaced the AC coil on top of our furnace that was still under warranty. So I paid for labor only and refrigerant. With the amount needed and what I paid, it was a very good value. Will call HELP & Mark again when the need happens.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

Do not hire this plumber. He is a scumbag for the way he swindled our family out of money. He fixed a leak in a sewer main, for it to break 17 months later. When hearing this news Al told me how busy he was and he would not be able to take a look at it for a month. You work is failing 17 months after completion and you do not want to look at it for 30 days? Worse part, this is not his problem according to him. It was only his problem for 12 months after his work. If you want to hire a plumber that is going to not care about his job 12 months and 1 day after he completes it, this is your guy. Or you agree that only a scumbag would complete a job and 17 months later wessle his way out of even looking at the work. Unbelievable he is even able to be a plumber.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
